Great location and clean comfortable rooms, shower floor gets very slippy, so could do with a grab rail, but ok when you get used to it. Only have given 4 out of 5 as really miss not having a kettle in the Motel One room, not the very cheapest hotel so should be an option at least. Good location for the hotel in the city centre with everything within walking distance and very close to the riverside bars etc. 4 out of 5 due to no kettle or room safe but would probably stay again due to location.

Usual Motel - Great hotel chain.

First tip if arriving by car - There is no parking. Instead head direct to BREPARKhaus Am Brill car park which is about 200 m from the hotel. Hotel is usual high standard Motel One hotel. Comfortable bed and a great nights sleep. Great location and would stay here again.

Dissatisfaction by 1,000 inconveniences...

There was nothing glaringly wrong, but just a LOT of inconveniences... When reserving my paid parking, no instructions were provided, which made me think it would be obvious or easy; it was neither, we had to call from an alley to find out how to enter the parking garage. The buzzer to permitted into the garage worked fine for ME, but not for the desk; they could not hear me at all, and when I mentioned this, I was told "Yes, it is a real problem"... When trying to exit the parking garage, there is a pull rope that opens the metal gate, but does lift thee metal bar; we tried calling the desk again, but no one ever answered... the car behind us finally had to walk into the desk to ask them to open it. The beds were too soft and the pillows too hard. The breakfast buffet had to place to site your plate as you walked through it, and the sneeze-guards were so low it was difficult to get food onto your plate. The coffee is TERRIBLE. The bathroom is so small there is no place to sit anything more than your toothbrush. The show drain is right where you stand, and the shower floors slopes where you step out so you feel like you are going to slip and fall; and there is nothing to hold while entering or exiting. And on and on...

Central, yet quiet

All attractions in the city center in walking distance, easy access to public transportation, still amazingly quiet rooms available. Clean and functional, very friendly staff, great wifi.

Great location relative to the Old Town with most of the tourist highlights and restaurant row on the River Weser within a short walk. The hotel breakfast is outstanding at 11.50 Euro. Bathrooms and showers are excellent. No noise IF windows were closed. Very modern, well organized look and feel. About an 8.00 Euro taxi from Central Train Station. We definitely recommend this hotel. No room telephones, as it is expected that all have cell phones. However, ours were on "airport" to avoid roaming charges.

Great location but...

Great location! The room was pretty basic, the bed was very good but the TV was didn‘t have CNN, BBC World or Sky News. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and it was in-clear how one could get a coffee or hot water? The breakfast was ok but I would thought a „Bio Breakfast“ would have been more Everything was very clean and the staff were very good!
