Our Mountain Chic decor condo is in the perfect location for year-round play in the heart of Historic Breckenridge!



Park your car and leave it as you are only a 3-minute walk to the Snow Flake Lift, your gateway to the world-class Breckenridge Ski Resort. Also less than a 5-minute walk is Main Street Breck with many popular Eateries to sample and Boutique shops to browse. And just down a curving-lit path is a large community pool with several hot tubs.



Our second-floor corner unit has two walls of windows that let the liquid sunshine pour in with great views of pine and aspen trees and of course our beautiful rocky mountains. The open floor plan is perfect for a family to make memories together around the glowing gas fireplace, enjoy streaming and watching your favorite personal apps or take advantage of many popular cable and music channels, or check out the DVD collection in the cabinet. We even have board games if you want to escape the world of electronic technology.



The kitchen is set up perfectly with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a bespoke slate mountainscape backsplash, and best of all is fully equipped with just about anything you will need to create yummy meals or quick snacks. You just need to provide the food. 



Gather around the dining table to enjoy your homemade meals or order from a large option of restaurants in Breck! The dining table is also a perfect workspace to set up and take advantage of the free high-speed internet if you need to work remotely but we truly hope you don't! 



The King Master Ensuite has a private balcony and TV to stream your personal apps on while relaxing and unwinding before a good night's sleep. Open the screen sliding door and listen to the wind in the pines and maybe even an owl as you drift off. 

There is a large mirrored granite vanity sink next to the bathroom with a shower-tub combo with travertine flooring.



The second bedroom has both a Queen and Twin bed with corner windows and a large closet to settle into. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bath with a tub and shower combination, also featuring granite countertops and travertine flooring. Conveniently located in the same hall is a stackable washer and dryer for your use. Should you need bedding for 2 more people, there is a Sofa Bed in the living room. 



Only a short stroll from the condo are two secured community complex hot tubs and just down the path is the Upper Village Pool (and hot tubs) to soak in.

Please note:



The pool and hot tubs are closed during off seasons (typically mid-April up to Memorial weekend and again after Labor Day through mid-November for maintenance. Please reach out to us if you want to confirm if they are open or not before booking during those times.



To help with your outdoor toys and gear, there is a private ski- locker provided for you and a bike rack just outside the lobby door. 



Our Welcome Book will provide you with tons of information about other things to do in Breck and Summit County and suggestions for epic outdoor adventures. We hope our condo will be so inviting that you will spend hours relaxing and recharging after an awesome day of play.
