Family-Friendly 2BR/2BA – Ski In, 200 Steps to Lift, Heated Garage, Walk to Town

Wake up to Baldy Mountain views in this spacious top-floor condo with master king suite, sunny deck, and a heated garage. Ski to the back door on Four O’Clock Run, then walk just 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift. Just two blocks from Main Street, with pool and hot tub access nearby.

This non-smoking 2BR/2BA condominium is located on the top floor with only one shared wall, offering both privacy and quiet. Access is by open-air stairway (please note there is no elevator). The spacious living area features large southeast-facing windows, a gas fireplace, and a deck with fantastic views of Mount Baldy. A high-top dining table seats six comfortably, and the fully stocked kitchen includes quality appliances, ceramic tile flooring, and counter surfaces.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a window overlooking Sawmill Creek, where the sound of flowing water is especially relaxing in summer and fall. Upstairs, the loft bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements with one queen and two double beds, along with a second bathroom with shower and its own TV/DVD player. A full bathroom is also located on the main level.

Parking is simple and convenient with a private heated garage large enough for a standard SUV, plus an additional outdoor spot in front of the garage.

Guests have access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs, just a short walk away. Swimmers can pass under a connecting wall to enjoy the outdoor section year-round. Pool and hot tub facilities are closed from mid/late September until ski season opens and again from mid-April until Memorial Day. Dates vary slightly, so please confirm if your stay overlaps these times.

As with most Breckenridge properties, this condo does not have air conditioning. July is typically the warmest month, with daytime highs rarely above 75°F and cool evenings in the 50s. Multiple fans are provided for comfort.

The Snowflake Lift generally opens before Thanksgiving, with ski-down access to the lift available in early December and skiing all the way back to the condo usually possible by mid-December. The lift typically closes in mid-April, depending on snow conditions; after that, Peak 8 is accessible by bus or gondola.

Just two blocks from Main Street, the condo is close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. For peace of mind, we encourage guests to consider travel insurance, such as Travel Guard, which offers plans including “cancel for any reason” coverage.

We loved the condo and location! Everything was perfect and there were a lot of extras we didn't expect. There were various games to entertain us. There were several humidifiers, which i never thought we would need but the dry Colorado air caused my son to have nosebleeds and they helped a bunch. I really appreciated the bulletin boatd with all the info, so i didn't have to open my phone to find it. Condo was clean and was well stocked with essentials that are hard to pack or easily forgotten. I cant recommend this place enough!

Mother/Son Hiking Trip

Great location for skiers

The property was just as described. The upstairs loft is great for kids to have their own area. The garage was a perfect place to store ski equipment so you didn’t have to carry items upstairs. The location of the condo was perfect as it was walking distance to restaurants, a short walk to the Snowflake ski lift, and at the days end you literally ski right to the driveway. Would definitely stay again. And the owners were great, frequently checking in to see how the stay was and quickly responding to help with any concerns!

The property was great. Easy access to snowflake chair lift and walking distance to Main Street. Truly a ski in condo that made having lunch relaxing without the crowds. A welcome surprise was how nice and convenient the heated garage was to get our skis on and off daily. Can’t wait to come back next year.

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. 4 full days of skiing and close enough to walk to downtown Breckenridge. The Snowflake lift was a quick 100 yard walk up the road and we were able to ski directly to our front door when done!We would 100% recommend for your next ski trip!

Fantastic Breckenridge getaway

We had a wonderful trip and loved the condo. A corner unit with a great set up. It was great to have the heated garage for keeping all the ski gear. It was centrally located to the bottom of the 4’O Clock ski run and the Snowflake chair lift just a short walk away. We also liked that it was in walking distance to town which was great for my husband who doesn’t ski and for us to walk to dinner without having to deal with parking.The unit itself was very spacious but also felt cozy with the fireplace and the great loft for the kids. They liked having a place to hang out after a long day of skiing.There were plenty of towels, dishes and pots and pans for us to use as we cooked in most nights. Clean and close to slopes

Great property, as advertised. Owners were communicative and helpful. Only drawback is pool and hot tub are a bit of a hike off property so be aware of that. Proximity to lift and end of day skiing can’t be beat.

Cozy, Charming Condo

My sister and I stayed here the week before Thanksgiving. The condo was exactly as described. Comfy couches for reading and lovely views. The beds were also very comfortable. The hosts’ recommendations on restaurants were excellent. In addition we found good pizza at the Breckenridge Ale House. The garage was really nice. We were lucky enough to get snow while we were there and didn’t have to worry about getting it off the car. It was a short walk into town and close to everything. Would def stay again!

Wonderful Place!

I really enjoyed my stay in this condo! I had never been to Breckenridge before and this was the perfect place to experience it all. It was well-kept, comfortable, and had great views! Perfect location for the week leading up to our daughter’s wedding. We were blocks away from downtown Breck and 8 min from venue! The location is beautiful and the unit was very clean. We especially liked having a garage to keep our motorcycle gear since it was three flights of stairs up to the unit. When you come from lower elevations it took a few days to get used to climbing the stairs. :) We enjoyed our time in Colorado very much.

Right Place for Perfect Vacation

We give it our highest ranking. Your day starts on a balcony with the sun rising over the Rockies. Cook your own breakfast in a fully stockpiled kitchen. Walk to the ski lift or a short, sweet trail along a creek, or hop in your car for several more trails within half an hour. Downtown is also full of fun and less than 10 minutes away.
