Access to the Snowflake lift is amazing! We have stayed in this building before and this is the reason we decided to stay here again.Unforuntely we were very dissapointed with this unit. This is listed as a 4 person however that is very incorrect. THe sofa bed is 100% not usable as a bed at all. The mattress is flat and springs are popping through, the cushions have lost their support and sink into the sofa. There is a futton style setup in the bedroom area that was used, as there was no other option. This also was very uncomfortable as the cushions have also lost their support and sinking. Our youngest son had to sleep in the bed with us. There was 3 towels, shower curtain is too small and water tends to spray out the sides slightly, microwave is broken, and the floors are overall dirty. Carpet is stained everywhere. We had to wipe the bath floors (tile) because the shower sprayed some water on the floors and the towel was very dirty when we wiped up the floors so it became unusable. Overall very dissapointed in the amount of money we paid per night for this unit. We knew the unit was on the smaller side, so that was expected, however the overall experience was upsetting.DO NOT RECOMMEND!
