This thoughtfully-designed condo has so much character and charm. It's new owners hired a local Superhost to bring the very best in care and service to you, our valued guests. Snodallion #21 offers garage parking, minimal walking from car to door, a brand new large TV, a full-size washer/dryer, coffee bar, ski locker, high quality linens, and attentive touches throughout for your comfort.
Unique additions include a large curtain for privacy for the King bed nook, and a second bathroom vanity added to the single bedroom to better accomodate groups consisting of two couples or families with older children.
This special corner unit is very bright and light with a lot of windows. The front door is easily reached up a half flight of stairs from the parking area a short distance away. A mini mud room is just inside the front door for coats and boots. The Queen bedroom with full vanity and washer/dryer is across the hall from the bathroom with combination tub/shower and another full vanity. A King bed sits on the opposite end of the condo in its own corner with privacy curtain and space for clothing and luggage.
Warm up at the end of your ski day with the flip of a switch by the gas fireplace, or head over to the shared Columbine hot tubs and heated pool.
Aside from the beautifully updated and full-sized kitchen, there is also a convenient and well-stocked coffee station complete with mini fridge, Keurig and regular coffee maker. This condo has the little details that make a big difference such as bedside chargers, plentiful guest supplies, (detergents, paper goods, etc) and thorough instructions for visitors new to Breckenridge. You will feel like you are being hosted by a local friend.
Two guest robes are provided for the short, paved, flat and shoveled 50-yard walk to the heated pool and three large hot tubs.
THE TINY COMPANY DIFFERENCE: Breck Mountain Rentals is a very small company offering big customer service, locally-owned and operated here in Breckenridge, CO. Your calls/texts are answered immediately 9am-9pm and 24 hours for emergencies. Our inventory is limited to a select number of properties only in the Breckenridge core so that we are able to provide meticulous attention to detail, for happy homes and happy guests. All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously maintained and well stocked with full-sized and/or ample guest supplies, an informative welcome binder and a shopping bag.

We had some trouble with receiving emails so the property manager had been in communication with us to help. They responded promptly and were very helpful. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. The 5 minute walk to the ski lift was amazing. There was even a locker to put all our ski gear in.
