Great location, ok lodging
Perfect location, just a few blocks to the center of town. Good amount of space, 3 adults and 3 kids were comfortable. The condo itself is dated with a lot of wear. Kitchen not stocked with basics like salt and pepper, paper towels, no dishwashing liquid even though they ask you to run the dishwasher. We weren’t able to use the shower with a tub which was a problem with little kids and we all had to share one shower (tub was pouring water into the condo below when we tried to use it and no one came to fix it.) Beds are ok, not the best but not terrible (exception is the beds in the loft were very uncomfortable.) Pillows were terrible. The living room chair/couches need to be replaced, the cushions fall off all of them when you sit down - if you sit too close to the edge, they eject you onto the floor, very odd. Overall would rate it middle of the pack compared to other rentals we have stayed at in Summit, not the best, not the worst, just ok. Safety note for those with little kids: our 17 month old could fit through the railing of the stairs to the loft and the railing in the loft; we had to keep it blocked off with chairs as this could be very dangerous. There also aren’t screens in all of the windows and some of the windows without screens have furniture right next to them that could not be moved and could be climbed by an adventurous little one.
