Idéalement situé à proximité d’Agen, du parc Walygator, d’Aqualand et de la sortie d’autoroute (accès rapide Toulouse et Bordeaux), le gîte est parfait pour des vacances en famille comme pour un séjour professionnel.

Le gîte se trouve à proximité de l’habitation du propriétaire mais il est sans vis-à-vis grâce aux brises vues (possibilité de privatiser entièrement le jardin pour votre utilisation).
