This property is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you need to make your holiday run smoothly, whatever the weather. The facilities in the brand new large kitchen include an induction cooker, 2 x steam ovens, washing machine, dishwasher, American style fridge-freezer, farmhouse-style kitchen table and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen has a huge breakfast bar and can seat 6 whilst someone is cooking. There is a comfortable sitting room, with open fire and ample seating including a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests if needed.Facilities provided for guests include wireless broadband, an extensive library of books, a wide range of DVDs, hi-fis / Sonos downstairs and a good stock of board games. Upstairs the large master bedroom has en-suite facilities. A large children's room has an extra sofa bed, loads of children's books and toys. 2 further double bedrooms and a family bathroom are on the same floor. Please note - during high season (July /August) we can only accept bookings on a Saturday to Saturday basis .

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.
