The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed their free breakfast but note that it is more Brazilian style rather than American. Meaning don’t expect food like pancakes and waffles.

Left a lot to be desired.

Fiquei no Kubistschek Plaza em 2 ocasiões nesta viagem Na primeira etapa fiquei no último andar onde a vista era linda mas havia um zumbido constante no andar, especialmente no banheiro e tinha que dormir com a porta do banheiro fechada pra conseguir dormir. Falei com a recepção mas foi em vão. Além disso, pedi toalha de rosto que não haviam posto, mas de nada adiantou, e a turma da limpeza não lavou os copos que foram usados por mim. Apesar destes problemas, a torneira defeituosa da pia foi arrumada prontamente. . Eles, no entanto, foram muito solicitos ao manterem minha mala na recepção quando saí de viagem. No meu retorno, eu estava aguardando um pacote do Sedex e ao sair, ainda não havia chegado. Pedi então que não o recebesse e dissesse aos correios que devolvessem ao remetente. Ao fazer o rastreio do pacote, vejo que foi entregue no hotel.

Perhaps a little more training of front desk staff on when to ask for payment, recording credit opened with credit card to use the privilege of charging at restaurants. The rest was truly outstanding especially the cleanliness of the rooms and quality of food and service in both restaurants
