Overlooking the immaculate greens of the Thousand Hills Golf Resort, The 12th Green View is your space for rest and relaxation while visiting the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World.”



The Space:

Make the most of your beautiful views in the home’s sunny, enclosed patio with games, a 4-person table perfect for cards, and a cozy sleeper sofa. There’s more living space to enjoy inside where additional couches face a large smart tv and the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, toaster, and coffee bar is ready for all your cooking at home needs. Dine at the formal dinner table for 6 and be sure to take advantage of resort amenities like the 18-hole golf course.



This home sleeps up to 11 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the sunroom, and bunk beds in the loft.



Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a queen size bed, cable tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 is a loft and is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunkbed and a twin-over-full bunkbed. The bunk room also has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.

This place was just what we were looking for. As soon as we walked in the grandkids were running around super excited. They loved the bunkbeds and the teepee. They also spent some fun time in the game room and even watched some people golf.. The adults enjoyed all the space. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus. The location was perfect!
