A stroke of luck! Welcome to the Guest House at The Greens, a gorgeous condo that is sure to stun you and your fellow guests. Every inch of the unit is meticulously kept making it an ideal space for those who value comfort in a home away from home.



The Space:

The unit is tastefully decorated with blue hues and pops of yellow promoting a calming and cohesive design throughout.



The open living space welcomes beams of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows on the exterior wall. The space also features a Queen-size sofa sleeper, TV, and access to the outside balcony. The balcony with a partial view of the golf course offers patio furniture to enjoy the fresh breeze - a perfect space for a morning brew.



Back inside, the kitchen is well equipped to cook any meal from home. Additional appliances such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are available for your convenience. An extended counter is ideal for extra prep space or casual dining. Steps away, enjoy more formal meals together at the dining table for 4 to 6.



The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and the pullout bed in the living room. Each space is well furnished with cozy linens so that every guest can sleep soundly after days of adventure.



Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, TV, balcony access, and private en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo.

We had the best time. We loved renting a side by side, and going on the mountain coaster, saw a great show, “ Spirit of America “ . The condo was so cozy and such a great deal. The ONLY thing I was disappointed in was when we were getting ready to leave, it wasn’t even 10:00 and the cleaning person was there waiting for us to leave. I don’t think they should come early. We were uncomfortable with that. It felt like we were being watched and rushed.

Condo was just as advertised. Perfect location and close to everything. Easy check out rules. Reserved parking and private pool. You even have your own small balcony.you do have to go up some stairs to get to it. It’s on the yellow route so you can get to things quickly. We will be back.

This is my second time staying in this condo/villa. It’s in a great location, it’s clean, and the area was very quiet and safe. I’m disappointed that there is no patio furniture. The dryer is old and takes a long time to dry. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend group of 5. We had plenty of room, felt safe, quiet neighborhood, and convenient to attractions. Communication was excellent, check-in/out was smooth & easy. We had no issues to contact the host about so I can't rate that. And most importantly to me, it was clean! The absolute ONLY negative was the comfort of the pull out sofa bed. Of course not expecting luxury on a pull out couch but oof. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area again.
