The cosy garden apartment in Alpine style offers space for a maximum of four people and convinces through its direct connection to nature.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and two shower rooms, offering comfort and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and let the day end at the dining table.

A special highlight is the direct garden access - ideal for relaxed hours outdoors, breakfast in the sun or quiet moments after an active day in the mountains.

The wellness area on the ground floor rounds off the offer. Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath ensure relaxation and regeneration. The bright relaxation room with outdoor access and fresh Brandner spring water from its own well invite contemplation. Massages are gladly possible upon request.

A drying room for ski and outdoor clothing with shoe heating and a ski and bicycle room are also available.
