Extremely dirty blinds in the room which are white so obvious to see the stains. Had to ask for them to be removed which they did. Room was basic. Lukewarm water for showers all of the 4 night stay despite asking for the issue to be resolved on two occasions. Nice lobby and a decent breakfast.

Not a 5 star hotel! Need to hire a bell captain, have support staff for outside to help with luggage. We had our luggages on hold while we were waiting for the room to get ready, and instead of them bringing it to us when we presented the ticket, we had to go back and find our luggages ourselves!! Great breakfast buffet and nice service when we asked them to hire a hair dresses for us to come to our room. Overall a good stay, but absolutely not a 5-star hotel.
