Breakfast was terrible. All the juice selections were watered down. The steam table's temperature was tepid. Waffle maker was broke, no oatmeal available. AC ran all night at 65 degrees. Temperature never got lower than about 76 degrees. Room was very clean and nice. No compensation for anything. Three guesses where we won't stay on our next trip.

We were told we couldn’t check in 20 minutes early. Fine. I understand but we were told that they were still cleaning rooms. When I got to my room, 6 hours later- the beds were not made. When I told the front desk- the man working offered to help me make my bed. I told them I can handle it, but I want to know why I wasn’t offered a room that was completed. Or??? Also I wasn’t letting a strange man in my room with me alone.

Just drove 5 hours to get here and I was informed I could not park my trailer in the parking lot (there was plenty of room). Had to pay to park somewhere else, and it’s not even in their rules. Room was filthy with crumbs everywhere. Pretty disappointing for Holiday Inn…

Great Trip

Our stay was wonderful. The bed was just perfect to sleep. No loud people around so that was great. The pool was wonderful needed to be cleaned by Saturday. It was looking really .
