The Villa is located in a quite and safe neighborhood, 12 min from the beach, close to restaurants, business, Sarasota Airport. There is a community heated pool available 365 days a year from dawn to dusk. Unit has been recently remodel and updated, with laminated floor, kitchen granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances. Unit comes furnished, with leather sofa recliner, TV Cable and Internet, 2 queen size beds, 2 baths, and equipped kitchen, and attached carport - just bring your clothes and enjoy the Florida Weather!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
