Great Location

Beautiful Views out of almost every window! Located in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive.

Cozy and comfortable

We loved our stay! The hists were very kind. The listing says private, but the property managers are onsite downstairs. Initially I was a little frustrated, but the apartment was perfect, super cool massage chair was great after a day at the beach. Pool and property was very clean and maintained and stocked with everything we needed.

Great Location

Stayed here with our two teenagers for a Spring Break mini-vacation. Loved the location - safe neighborhood right on the river. Close enough to the beach without being surrounded by tourists. Hosts were very responsive and understanding of our needs, accommodating a very late check-in due to our long drive from Tennessee. Apartment was spacious, clean, and felt like a home away from home. Parking was very tight, and inability to open doors/windows for fear of bugs/insects posed unforeseen challenges. But the hosts more than made up for these limitations by their gracious hospitality! We will definitely be back (with a smaller car)!

Wonderful getaway

Len and Victoria were gracious and communicative hosts throughout our stay. As they live on site, they were always available for any help or to provide anything we needed. The property was as described. Do read the listing carefully as one of the "bedrooms" is just a room with a divider. The bay view is beautiful, and the pool and jacuzzi are clean and wonderful. Ping pong table in the pool house was fun! Area beaches are perfect for families and incredibly clean with great facilities. We had a great time on our little FL getaway and would return!

Len, the property owner was wonderful and greeted us at the property and was there regularly doing maintenance on the outside of the property. He made the extra effort to make sure we were happy and I always asked if there was anything else we needed. Place was lovely and we will definitely stay there again.
