Sleeps up to 5 guests (2 Queen size beds and 1 Futon). Just under 2000 SF. Vaulted Ceilings. Very light. Fully furnished. Spa-like atmosphere. Equipped with Himalayan Salt Lamps, Aromatherapy diffusers, and Zero Gravity Massage recliner.

Private Oversized Master Bedroom with large Smart TV, Master Bath/Hot tub (with power jets) & Walk-in Shower, (with Shower Water Filter); small 2nd bedroom (partially enclosed, yet, totally private. The doorway can be open during the day and enclosed with decorative tall room divider at night); 1.5 Guest Bathroom in Hallway, easily accessible to guests and 2nd Bedroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with Stainless Steel modern appliances: fridge, dishwasher & stove/oven. Electric Tea kettle, Toaster/Convection Oven, Electric Coffee Maker, High-tech Blender, Power Juicer. It also features a state-of-the-art Alkaline Water Filtration System with Ionization for your safety.

Large Open Living Room with a large electric fireplace below the large screen Smart TV (works well for ambiance, as well as a heater in winter); plush leather sofas and a Zero-Gravity Massage Chair/Recliner with multiple settings (provides full body massage, stretching and relaxation in an inverted position to prevent and relieve back/neck pain).
Master Bedroom, Master Bath, Kitchen & Living Room – all have spectacular Pool and Bay views.

There’s an office area with Desk & Chair – with water views as well. The pool deck is large and comfortable, with views of the Bay and Canal. This pool may or may not be totally private, as you may have to occasionally share it with another guest. Len, the property owner was wonderful and greeted us at the property and was there regularly doing maintenance on the outside of the property. He made the extra effort to make sure we were happy and I always asked if there was anything else we needed. Place was lovely and we will definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay! The hists were very kind. The listing says private, but the property managers are onsite downstairs. Initially I was a little frustrated, but the apartment was perfect, super cool massage chair was great after a day at the beach. Pool and property was very clean and maintained and stocked with everything we needed.

Wonderful getaway

Len and Victoria were gracious and communicative hosts throughout our stay. As they live on site, they were always available for any help or to provide anything we needed. The property was as described. Do read the listing carefully as one of the "bedrooms" is just a room with a divider. The bay view is beautiful, and the pool and jacuzzi are clean and wonderful. Ping pong table in the pool house was fun! Area beaches are perfect for families and incredibly clean with great facilities. We had a great time on our little FL getaway and would return!

Great Location

Stayed here with our two teenagers for a Spring Break mini-vacation. Loved the location - safe neighborhood right on the river. Close enough to the beach without being surrounded by tourists. Hosts were very responsive and understanding of our needs, accommodating a very late check-in due to our long drive from Tennessee. Apartment was spacious, clean, and felt like a home away from home. Parking was very tight, and inability to open doors/windows for fear of bugs/insects posed unforeseen challenges. But the hosts more than made up for these limitations by their gracious hospitality! We will definitely be back (with a smaller car)!
