Wonderful place!

This was a wonderful place and area to stay. Location was great with a pool and walking distance from the beach. We loved the full kitchen and all the amenities that were provided. Highly recommend!

Nice stay here

Property is nicely appointed with kitchen items, towels, linens, and beach/pool items. Furniture inside is nicely kept and perfect for a visiting family. TV and other appliances were all perfect. Runaway Bay is a fantastic community.

The unit is very complete, it has everything where you can spend an excellent vacation. We feel very comfortable with the unit, Runaway Bay is spectacular but even more so because it is equipped with our basic needs. I hope to stay again soon. Thank you and regards!

Beautiful Vacation

Condo was lovely, clean, comfortable and convenient location. Enjoyed the many beaches of AMI. We seen so much wild life, sea turtle on the beach across from the condo,baby octopus, sea urchin, variety crabs, star fish, dolphins, even caught a hammer head shark from one of the many peirs. Had an awesome time. Thank you for sharing your property and island with us.

We'll Be Back!

SeaBreeze was easy to work with. Process from start to finish was great. The condo was well-equipped with all the amenities we could asked for, from a fully stocked kitchen to all the beach gear . We will definitely be back and will use SeaBreeze again.

Fantastic stay in our well appointed condo

Our stay at Runaway was fantastic! Our well-appointed, comfortable condo was ideally located – just a four-minute walk to the expansive beach and one minute to the sparkling pool. The tropical landscaping was also lovely. We appreciated having such a nicely furnished kitchen with quality appliances and supplied with all the necessities. We were able to cook in with ease, as well as eat out at nearby restaurants. We had quiet nights and delightful days in the emerald-colored waters.

OMG!!! I cannot say enough great things about our experience. The condo was amazing. Very clean, quiet and all you needed to bring were your clothes. It was very comfortable and safe. I will be booking my next vacation with you for sure... hated to have to go back to reality !!!!

Wonderful Vacation

This condo was accurate according to the pictures. The size was perfect for my husband, my daughter and myself for the week. It was centrally located to the beach, the dock and the pool and the washer/dryer was super convenient. The place was super clean with the exception of hairs that were on the couch and couch pillows (not sure if this is because the place is pet friendly). We did shy away from the pool at times due to the overwhelming amount of old men that live in the community but mid week it seemed to have turned over with younger families renting in other units. The unit is also on the first floor so noise from the upstairs unit was very apparent once our daughter had gone to bed. But overall, it was a great location, great beach week with less than a 2 minute walk to the access point, and was conveniently located to family staying in a big house a block over from us. Just for that reason we would consider staying here again. Thank you.

Beware of the HOA

My wife and I booked this rental on our first visit to Anna Maria Island. Upon making the reservation we ensured that the property was designated "pet freindly" because we usually travel with our two small-breed dogs. I messaged the property owner to make them aware and never heard back. Tow days before our departure, we recieved an email stating that our reservation only included one pet. I immediately contacted Sea Breeze Vacations and was told that I could only bring one dog and that was what I agreed to. The customer service representative I spoke to was very rude. She told me that I was dishonest and only had myself to blame to the misunderstanding. She proceeded to blame it also on the HOA guidlines. After a difficult concersatiom with my wife, we decided not to bring either dog. Upon our arrival, the code to enter the property was not working properly. We had to call customer service again. After 30 minutes on trying to reach someone, the representative acted as of we were not using the keypad correctly. She finally gave us an alterate number that did work. Upon entering the property, it was apparent that it was not as nice as they were making it sound. There were stains on the furniture, missing cutains, and the kitchen was far from clean. In addition, we recieved complaints from the HOA concerning the parking pass not being visible in our rented golf cart. It was in plain view. AMI was beautiful. I suppose my expectation was too high. Don't recommend.

Amazing Stay!

The condo was just as described. Very clean and homey with all of the beach necessities provided (wagon, umbrella, chairs, etc.). We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great choice!

Had an excellent stay. We brought many unnecessary amenities as EVERYTHING was already there. They provided beach chairs, wagon, cooler, insulated mugs, beach towels and the list goes on. Perfect place for our dog. She's blind so being on ground level with no stairs to navigate was wonderful. We were also happy to not have any stairs to carry all of our luggage up. The AC was very efficient and thats a big plus. Short stroll to the beach, I'd say 5 minutes maybe (with a full wagon of beach gear). I have zero complaints, I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to others. If you want to be picky there are a few things that could use improvement. The couch is uncomfortable but it wasn't an issue. The sliding glass door was a little difficult to open and shut. There's no full length mirror. The rental company was the best I have worked with! They immediately answered when I had a question. They called in to check the day after we arrived to make sure we didn't have any issues. They notified me in advance the pool would be closed and offered a partial refund or full refund if I wanted to cancel.

Just satisfactory

Overall, we found the condo just satisfactory. Although very cute decorated, we were disappointed in the outdated furniture - upholstery not looking clean so we put a sheet on the couch. The recliner was so hard and uncomfortable too. Also, the mattress needs to be updated. Location of condo was great with a short walk to the beach. Their beach chairs & umbrella were great to use.

Highly recommend

This is a wonderful condo just minutes to the beach. The property has lots of walking paths, a beautiful dock, a pool and pickleball court. The condo was well equipped, clean, and has everything one needs. Most of my neighbors were snowbirds as was I, and it was very easy to meet other people. My only suggestion is that the screen door to the outside patio could be replaced, as it was old and not tightly sealed.

Miracle's Runaway Bay

This place gets an 11 out of 10! My husband and I, along with our two tiny dogs stayed here for two weeks. All that was advertised was accurate. The condo was clean, functional, and in an absolutely perfect location. We were very satisfied with our first visit to Anna Maria Island and could not be more pleased with this vacation rental. We will return and highly recommend this rental. The grounds are immaculate and in walking distances from everything. Had just about everything you could need. Thank you!
