Room was in good condition for the price. But it was so loud as there was a party on downstairs and guests were shouting for hours in the corridor outside the room. I would recommend the hotel put up some signs to ask for guests to be considerate of others when in the corridors. I should imagine Coppid Beech have lots of events and this would be a common problem. Additional I did have some animal welfare concerns about the size of the tanks for the fish. The fish are too big for the tanks and don't appear to have much space to turn and thrive. I have reported this to the RSPCA for inspection.

Check in was great then got to the room that was like an ice box ! Put the heating on but it kept returning it to a lower than set temperature . It got slightly warmer later that evening but certainly wasn’t 24 ad the gauge was saying. Woke up this morning to again an ice box and the heating completely off.

The rooms were very noisy we could hear people in the bar until very late which kept waking our 2 and 4 year old. Breakfast was good, the juices available were not very nice at all. Staff were friendly and helpful
