We’ve stayed in many rentals and this is by far the cleanest and most modern. The layout was perfect. The kitchen had everything you can possibly need. Beds were very comfortable. Easy access to main street and a market was a few blocks away. I would definitely come back.

The property was so clean and beautiful. We brought our 1 year old daughter and everything we could ever need for her was there and wonderful condition (travel crib, high chair, baby bowls, bibs and utensils). Highly recommend to families with little ones!

Nice house and location in Bozeman. Pets are allowed but a surprise 150 pet cleaning fee was added to the end of the stay because the cleaners said there was some dog hair. Just make sure all fees are disclosed and agreed upon before you confirm this unit. Other than that, great place and nice layout.

Summer visit to Bozeman

We had a wonderful stay at the Modern Lux Cottage and wouldn’t have changed a thing! Pele was an excellent host and easy to get a hold of with any questions. The home was modern, fresh and really spacious and had everything we needed. It felt very luxurious! We enjoyed lounging in the back yard area with our coffee in the morning. The house was close to trails and a grocery store. We hope to visit this cottage again next time we are in town.

Extremely responsive hosts who made us feel so welcome and like friends. The house is amazing and comfortable, clean and spacious. We felt like it was home away from home. So close to town and by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Highly highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect cottage for a month long stay

The. Outage was spotless, kitchen well appointed and beds were about as cozy as you could possibly imagine. My wife and I stayed for a month with our dog and there wasn’t a thing I would change. We felt right at home almost immediately. The location was absolutely perfect with a grocery store 3 mins away, and downtown Bozeman in 5 mins. I would stay here again for sure and will unfortunately find myself using this as the standard for other properties. It will be hard to beat this property.

This was THE cleanest property we have ever stayed in through vrbo and we have been using vrbo for years. It was so nice that the owners thought of everything you may need andvthen some! Great neighborhood and close to downtown . Communication was very easy and stress free.We recommend highly!

Great Bozeman Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Cottage Ln. Close to town, close to all our outdoor activities-hiking, biking and all the great restaurants in town. The house was perfectly appointed and appreciated the use of the bikes. We had room for our guests as they came and went. Can’t wait to come back.
