Independent entrance, ski room with boot dryer, two 9m2 terraces with deckchairs.

Une semaine de ski parfaite

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour un départ et un retour à ski (50m de la piste).L'appartement est très bien équipé, la vue est remarquable.L'accès aux commerces par le sentier est une belle promenade. Nous étions 5 et nous recommandons tous cette location.A bientôt.

Très agréable séjour aux Arcs !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce très joli chalet au pied des pistes. Le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel et chaleureux ! L’agencement sur 2 niveaux permet également de bien séparer les espaces nuit et jour, pour plus de confort et de tranquillité. Le départ ski aux pieds n’est qu’à quelques dizaines de mètres, une localisation idéale.

Séjour au top dans un environnement très cosy

Le logement est exactement conforme aux instructions laissées par le propriétaire. Nous y avons séjourné à sept adultes et n'avons manqué de rien à propos des installations, des services et équipements. Le local à ski est un plus!

Beau duplex, pièce à vivre très agréable et belle vue sur les montagnes et la vallée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce beau duplex très confortable, propre et très bien équipé. Les contacts avant et pendant le séjour se sont très bien passés. La literie est vraiment très confortable. Le local à skis avec sèche chaussures est hyper pratique. Quelques inconvénients tout de même : les chambres aux lits superposés sont petites pour des adultes, le sentier d’accès était boueux et peu pratique et il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour aller à la station.

Chalet très agréable

Chalet très agréable et confortable. Cuisine parfaitement équipée avec suffisamment de couverts pour 8. Ski room très pratique. La piste n'est pas loin, mais on ne part pas skis aux pieds. Il faut mieux décrire l'emplacement du chalet, nous ne l'avons pas trouvé tout de suite. Nous avons tous passé une très bonne semaine, le chalet a été apprécié par tous.

Superbe sejour

Très bonne semaine de ski passée entre amis dans ce logement très confortable. A savoir : le logement est accessible depuis la station en navette gratuite, si vous n’avez pas de voiture prévoyez de vous organiser pour les courses ! (Les matinaux pourront aller chercher le pain à ski en saison, et revenir par les pistes. C’est testé et approuvé!) Super accueil et réactivité de nos hôtes. Merci!

Chalet très agréable, spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé. Bien situé au pied des pistes, un peu éloigné du centre des Arcs 1600 (chemin piéton pas éclairé et verglacé). Ski-room très appriéciable.

Agréable appartement à proximité des pistes

L’appartement sur 2 des 3 étages du chalet est très agréable. L’équipement ménager et le canapé ne sont pas de toute première jeunesse. Si la vue en second plan sur les montagnes est très appréciable, la vue immédiate sur le parking est plus décevante. Bon séjour cependant.

Confort et calme à proximité des pistes

Superbe séjour dans ce chalet disposant d'une vue magnifique et qui héberge un groupe de huit adultes dans de bonnes conditions. Un peu l'écart de la station, il permet d'être au calme mais impose de disposer de disposer d'une voiture pour transporter le ravitaillement d'une semaine. Le ski-room et le départ/retour skis au pied du chalet est un point fort.

Des vacances de rêve en famille et entre amis !

L’appartement est bien situé par rapport aux pistes même si un peu excentré par rapport aux commerces. C’est facile de partir et d’arriver à skis ! Seul bémol, l’accès à l’appartement qui se fait par un tout petit chemin un peu verglacé. L’appartement est très spacieux et conforme à la description. Le skiroom est un vrai plus ! Literie confortable. Eau chaude nickel alors que nous étions 8. Un peu déçue je l’avoue par la propreté de l appartement. Le ménage est fait trop en superflu je trouve (mais je suis assez maniaque…) : par exemple l’intérieur des placards n’était pas nickel, les vitres non plus. Je remercie M.Thomir pour sa réactivité, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse! C’est vraiment appréciable ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Un séjour idéal aux Arcs

"L'appartement chalet" est idéalement placé, un peu en hauteur des Arcs 1600, à 50 mètres du bas de pistes bleues. Evacué le souci pour se garer à la station! D'une belle superficie sur deux étages, le logement est très bien conçu. Deux des quatre chambres ainsi que le vaste séjour bénéficient d'un large balcon avec un belle exposition. Cuisine moderne très bien équipée, décoration sobre et de bon goût. Un plus avec un local à skis à l'entrée équipé d'un porte-chaussures chauffant. Tout s'est conjugué pour passer une semaine très agréable. Nous reviendrons !

Très bel appartement à Arc 1600

Une belle surface. L’appartement, situé dans un petit ensemble au dessus des arcs 1600 est parfaitement agencé, très bien rénové, la cuisine toute équipée est fonctionnelle. Au calme, L’accès au piste est à moins de 100 mètres et le centre des arcs 1600 est à 10 minutes à pied.

Joli Chalet avec une bonne proportion des espaces, et une pièce à vivre très agréable avec une décoration de bon goût. La cuisine est aussi très bien équipé et l'espace pour stocker skis et chaussures (avec chauffe chaussure !!!) est un plus indéniable de l'appartement. Enfin les pistes sont faciles d'accès et bonus : "le sanglier qui fume" est à deux pas du chalet, idéal pour un petit vin chaud après le ski :)

Une chouette semaine de ski

Très beau duplex, bien arrangé et fonctionnel. Il contient tout ce dont on à besoin. À côté des pistes, il est situé dans un coin calme, on peut profiter de la belle vue et du calme. La navette est toute proche et on peut descendre au centre de la station à pied en 10 minutes. Très chouette contact à l'arrivée et avec le proprio. A conseiller!

Bonne prestation mais cheminement vers l’entrée difficile, impossible pour une personne marchant difficilement, il faut porter les enfants, sentier pentu et boueux, on amène de la terre dans le vestibule .

Excellent confort d'un chalet spacieux

Beau et grand chalet, aux pièces bien distribuées et à l'équipement complet. La décoration sobre est agréable. Idéalement situé sur les pistes. Attention néanmoins éloigné du centre de la station, il convient de disposer d'une voiture ou d'emprunter les navettes gratuites très pratiques. Un petit bémol, lors d'enneigement important le petit chemin piétonnier qui mène à l'entrée du chalet est difficile pour de jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées. Pour le reste RAS et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Magnifique

Magnifique logement, garnis de matériaux nobles et agréables à vivre. Le logement est spacieux et le local à ski avec le chauffe chaussures très pratique. Situation idéale ,au calme, arrivée et départ ski aux pieds quand la neige est au rendez=vous mais attention pas pour skieurs tout à fait débutants. Nous avons passé tout les six un magnifique séjour.

Nous avons passé une semaine (au début de Janvier) très agréable dans votre appartement. Pas de mauvaises surprises au contraire plutôt des bonnes. Cela fait 10 ans qu’on vient aux arcs 1600 et c'est de loin, l'appartement le plus confortable et le mieux aménagé. 4 chambres (chacune avec 2 lits), 2 salles de bains, 2 WC et un grand salon avec cuisine. Rénové et très propre. Nous espérons que nous pouvons passer les vacances à nouveau dans votre bel appartement.
