I'd of preferred if the room had air conditioning, but leaving the balcony door open helped. Shower was small and you could just smell the drain slightly. The real bug bear is the pillows or the lack of them, there was what i could only describe as a couch cushion and we each had one to use as a pillow. Was very please with the underground parking. Food was good but the chips that come with the steak need a fair bit of work. Table we had in the restaurant was placed in a certain way that when ever you touched it and wobbled massively, i ended up having to hold my foot down on it for the hour we were in there.

Despicable and dishonest customer service

Upon arrival, I realized that I had booked the wrong date. The front desk staff managed to accommodate me and assured me that I would not be penalized for the change of date… Front desk charged my credit card for the stay while assuring me that the reservation service would refund my original booking… Well, it turns out that the reservation service came back and refused to refund the original booking as agreed with front desk. To this date, reservation service keeps on refusing to refund me despite many attempts to explain, clarify and kindly ask for honoring their words.

Dans l'ensemble j'ai trouvé que leur prestation hôtelière était honorable jusqu'à la dernière minute où on m'a dit, entre autres, que si je pouvais pas porter mes bagages, fallait aller à l'hôpital alors que je me suis cassé des côtes au ski durant mon séjour. C'est pour le moins consternant et indigne. A éviter.

We stayed here for one short night before taking the train back to Lille. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station - uphill on the way to the hotel! The staff were helpful and friendly, and we liked the aesthetic of the hotel. The wifi was not great, but that was not a huge issue for the night. The hotel restaurant was packed on Saturday night - advise making a reservation ahead of time if you can.

really it's a hostel that charges ridiculous prices. rooms are very cramped and hot, wifi doesnt work, breakfast doesnt start til 7, so if you are getting a train you can't have any. overall it's rubbish.

Rooms are small but have the necessities. Individual secured ski lockers with boot heaters were a nice feature. Continental Breakfast. Conveniently located 5-minute drive from the Les Arc Funicular. Heater towel bar(and room heat source) didn't turn on every day until 5pm, little disappointing.

Some good, some not so good.

Service was good, staff were helpful and friendly. The standard menu was limited with no salad or fish choice and to order off the general menu we had to pay the full price with no allowance for being half board. We tried 3 ski lockers and none of them would lock so we gave up. The bed was comfortable but the sheets didn't seem to fit properly.

Really disappointed to see single use items (cups for coffee and spoons) at breakfast. Service not great, the hotel is nice and reasonably priced, but very limited information offered at check in and breakfast.
