Prima locatie, afgezien van een paar dingen die kapot waren, zoals wc bril, lamp, wastafelsluiting, ons prima vermaakt. Eigenaar was wat onduidelijk over wifi, dacht dat het er wel was, maar ondanks aandringen geen informatie gekregen van de eigenaar. Ruimte was verder ok.

Honteux

De toute ma vie je n'ai jamais vu un appartement aussi sale, vétuste, dangereux (cuisinière électrique branchée sur une rallonge) ménage non fait, aucun confort, j'ai dû demander un balai, une pelle et une brosse et une serpillère. Le sol collait aux pieds à notre arrivée, je l'ai lavé et l'eau de mon seau était noire, pas marron, NOIRE. La chambre était refaite mais des plaques pendaient du plafond. Comment peut on louer un bien comme celui-ci ! Il va être rénové, mais alors ON NE LE LOUE PAS. Au bout de 4 jours, nous avons eu un autre appartement, refait mais ... un lave linge mais pas d'étendoir (à part 3 fils de 30 cm sur un petit séchoir à accrocher à une porte), une poêle minuscule, je ne peux pas tout vous détailler. On devait avoir des draps propres toutes les semaines, nous avons passé 3 semaines avec les mêmes. Aucun ménage de fait dans les communs pendant nos trois semaines. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire à notre départ, "il ne pouvait pas venir" on a laissé les clés sur la table. Aucune correction.

Vies, oud en heel gehorig

Vies: lagen slakjes op de vloer, een berg met lieveheersbeestjes (gaan zo in winterslaap) in een bovenhoek. Was heel gehorig, konden de buren (die 1 nacht tot 5:30 uur in de ochtend doorpraatten) letterlijk verstaan. Huisbaas was zelf niet ter plaatse (zat in Zuid Frankrijk). Een huurster was contactpersoon. In beide kamers waren gasflessen voor kooktoestel leeg. Dat werd wel meteen opgelost doordat de huurster een (oude: verroeste kookpitten) elektrische kookplaat kwam brengen. Wij zouden er 4 nachten verblijven maar zijn eerder vertrokken. Duidelijk geen aanrader dus!
