In a hamlet in the Bourbonnais countryside, this old stone farmhouse, detached and fully restored (exposed beams), overlooks the pond. Fishing is included in the price, except for predators.
Ground floor: open-plan kitchen area, living room, wood stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (shower), and separate toilet.
Electric heating. Mobile phone available upon request. Private green space (300m²), large courtyard, terrace, gas grill, and charcoal barbecue. Garden furniture, barbecue, ping-pong, and pétanque court. Flowery fallow land. Walks are possible around the pond and the owner's woods (2 hectares). Three-week spa package (March, April, September, October) €950. Special rates for other periods. Tronçais Forest 30 km away.
Gite extras: Free firewood

Heating and electricity are the guest's responsibility, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
