This was a great apartment for a family to stay in, in the beautiful city of Boulogne! The apartment was warm and comfortable. My youngest child enjoyed the toys, children's swing, table and chairs. The location was close to the centre, but we could still easily find parking on the street. The host, Marie, was very helpful and very easy to contact.

Accès facile. Bon emplacement. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix mais malheureusement le logement n'était pas propre ( traces de dentifrice sur le lavabo, traces d'urines sur la lunette des wc, bcp de poussières et de toiles d'araignées, vaiselle mal lavée, ect).J'ai laissé un message à la propriétaire....pas de réponse. Dommage.

Certes le ravalement est à refaire mais la proprietaire n'est pas seule dans l'immeuble donc ce n'est pas qqch qui lui est reprochable.L'appart a de grandes pièces (hormis la SdB mais la douche est très grande) et est bien adapté aux familles. Un grand canapé lit ds le salon pour regarder des films en famille, une cour-terrasse privative fermée, une petite balancelle, des jeux et livres pr les plus jeunes.Idéalement placé pr visiter le musée-école et les remparts. Les distances indiquées sont réelles.Proprio sympa et arrangeante.Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Les avis sur le site étant tellement dithyrambiques pour la plupart, nous avons été déçus dès notre arrivée devant un immeuble décrépi, une porte d’entrée peu engageante dans une rue très passante où il n’est pas toujours facile de se garer. Le logement est spacieux mais aurait besoin d’un coup de jeune, surtout dans le salon. Il n’était pas propre partout (gouttes d’urine sur l’abattant wc - sols poussiéreux chambre et salle à manger). La cuisine semblait propre, à première vue seulement : nous avons dû relaver et gratter une des poêles pour pouvoir l’utiliser. Certains ustensiles étaient vieillots et pas propres. Les points positifs : lave vaisselle (pas très propre et pas assez de vaisselle pour pouvoir l’utiliser), lave-linge, tv grand écran, wifi disponible, linge de lit et de toilette à disposition, grande cabine de douche, literie correcte, jouets pour enfants, petite cour. Peu ou pas de réponse de l’hôte à nos messages. Il a fallu insister peu avant notre arrivée. Beaucoup de bruit venant de l’étage supérieur jusqu’à 2h du matin parfois.

Appartement rdc avec courrette qui et apreciable lorsque nous voyageons avec un chien, ou les enfants. Grande tele pour les moments repos. Equipé d une machine a laver, lave vaisselle et four. Des poupées sont a disposition ainsi que des coloriages. Il y a meme une balancelle pour les enfants. On a passez une semaine top. Merci a Marie et bonne continuation

Appart tres sympa

Appartement spacieux avec tout l'equipement necessaire pour quelques jours de vacances. Des petits jouets pour les tout petits. Un exterieur agreable et intime. Appartement spacieux, avec terrasse, bien équipé serviette et draps fournis un vrai plus. Arrivé et départ simple avec boîte à clefs.Stationnement facile, petit bémol rue avec passage, situé a 10 min à pied du port et cité médiévale. Il manque juste quelques produits pour pouvoir effectuer un vrai bon nettoyage en partant.

Prima appartement op een fijne locatie op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Appartement is compleet uitgerust maar had iets schoner gemogen. Prima bedden. Communicatie met verhuurder verliep prettig. Gratis parkeren in de buurt.

Logement très fonctionnel

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, tout est à disposition, assez grand pour une famille de 4 personnes. Il y a des chouettes attentions pour les enfants (balancelle, petite table avec chaises, livres, jeux,...). Le logement est très bien situé mais un peu vieillot.Facilité pour récupérer les clés.Petit bémol en ce qui concerne le nettoyage; le sol était propre mais il y avait beaucoup de poussière sur les tables de nuit, sur les étagères, même sur les essuies de bain il y avait des boules de poussière.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est conforme à sa description et ce plus est que, contrairement à beaucoup de logements de location, il y a les draps, le WiFi, du papier toilette, des serviettes de toilette et bien d'autres choses utiles au quotidien mais qui prennent de la place dans les valises. De plus, la communication avec Marie a été parfaite, celle-ci est très réactive.

Für einen Kurz-Urlaub ok

Für einen Kurz-Urlaub völlig ausreichend und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Gemütliche Betten, frisch und sauber bezogen und saubere Handtücher waren vor Ort. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem recht gemütlich.
