Front desk people need to up their hospitality, and provide the same fair treatment to all guests (suite or not). We understand that they’re exhausted but so are all their guests even the poor ones (like myself). I checked in late, tired, and hungry and I got was standoffish treatment from them. The guy in the front told me to wait while the lady ended up processing my room assignment. She asked me for my passport ID but forgot to return it to me (my stupid self didn’t check that it was returned to me and proceeded to my hotel room, did not find out I left it at the front desk until our 4th in the hotel). I then asked them to check the surveillance footage to see what happened to my ID passport and they found out that it was by the front desk and that they instructed the ID to be returned. Manager was helpful enough to re-check (I checked already) my missing passport ID at the lost and found department of the hotel. So we waited at the front desk area then he returned empty handed. He told me they will process my ID. I told them how we felt during our stay and how snobbish and partial the lady front desk was. She could have called me in my room that my ID is still with her (since she asked for it and forgot to return it to me, but no she disregarded my ID when she knew all along that it was a guest ID entrusted to her since she asked for it). I have a lot more to say but this is the biggest one— I won’t lie this really destroyed my impression of Encore Boston!

Beautiful, clean and a friendly staff. Do not bring people under 21 you will not be able to bring into the casino to access a majority of the restaurants. Overall amazing stay.
