Host communication was timely and complete. Apartment was clean. For us, we only needed places for family to sleep during a family function/visit. Future guests might want to be aware that the number of bedrooms outnumber living/eating spaces.

Parking was great. Convenient location. Local restaurants were great, and the subway station was less than a 10 minute walk. Main floor was nice, with A/C. Very comfortable. Could use a sectional couch and seating under the TV. We had 7 adults and 2 children and there was not enough seating for everyone. Only one bedroom upstairs had an air conditioner. We were there in a heat wave, so sleeping was very, very uncomfortable. I would recommend a floor unit A/C in the bedroom at the top of the stairs. They did provide tower fans which helped, but another air conditioner would make the upstairs much better.

We liked the place. The only negative we have is it said air conditioning, and only one bedroom upstairs had a box air conditioning that didn’t work too well. The other rooms were about 85-90 degrees along with the bathrooms upstairs. My kids ended up sleeping in the livingroom because the bedrooms were too hot.

Spacious and Comfortable

Lucas’ communication was great! Clear and concise information and an EASY stay. The place was clean and spacious, proximity to downtown Boston was great. My favorite part: there wasn’t a novel’s worth of rules/instructions, which made the stay even more welcoming. Would happily stay again if in the area.
