Stay away! Full of bedbugs

The bedbugs were all over the room, so we rushed away before midnight. No help from the management (on phone) and I wish I had seen all the google reviews before booking. Now I’m hoping to get my money back.

Das neu gebaute Gebäude, die Zimmer, die Küche und Essensbereich sind von der Ausstattung her gut. Leider fehlt eine Reinigungskraft, die ihr Handwerk versteht und die Hotelgäste achten leider in der Küche in keinster Weise auf Sauberkeit. Schade, mit wenig Aufwand wäre die Sleep-Station ein echter Geheimtipp, so aber werden wir diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.

Habe für 72€ die Nacht schon schlechteres erlebt… aber definitiv auch besseres. Wer ein absolut penibler Reinheitsfetischist ist, sollte hier auf keinen Fall bleiben. (-) Die Decke an der Dusche setzt Schimmel an, Spinnweben hängen von der Decke, der Boden ist weder gefegt, geschweige denn gewischt und der Kühlschrank vergnatzt. Außerdem riecht es im Zimmer gewöhnungsbedürftig seltsam…. 10min ins Sauber machen und Lüften investiert und es war ok. ( ) Es gibt W-LAN und eine Gemeinschaftsküche, welche sauber war, ausreichend Parkplätze und der Herr an der Rezeption war auch sehr nett.

Trotz schriftlicher Reservierungsbestätigung behauptet die Gegensprechanlagen-Rezeption, daß keine Buchung da sei. - Telefonisch ist keiner erreichbar: nur Weiterleitung, dann besetzt. 9x ! - Am nächsten Tag erhalten wir e-mail, daß wir "Fake-Buchungen unterlassen sollen". - Hotels.com ruft dort an und Sleep-Station behauptet, daß überhaupt niemand da war. Dieser jemand - der nicht da war - konnten keinen Namen und keine Reservierungsnummer nennen. Sleep-Station: Extrem unseriös.
