Very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. We arrived at about 945 pm only to be told that the reception staff had all gone home. Had to sit in the lobby for 40 minutes until somebody turned up to check us in. Staff were friendly and polite, when they arrived.

Truly VierJahresZeiten - great place in winter too

Fantastic service in the hotel and at the restaurant. Herr Otten at reception and Herr Krajnic in the restaurant provided five-star treatment. We received an upgrade to a wonderful junior suite with wooden floors and a huge terrace overlooking the front of the hotel with a great view of the town. We spent five wonderfully relaxing days and would come back anytime!

Das Hotel liegt super direkt am Bahnhof, zumindest in den Innenhof hinein ist nichts von etwaigem störenden Lärm durch den Bahnverkehr zu hören. Das Frühstückbuffet ist großzügig, die Zimmer etwas altbacken wie oft auf der Insel. Inhaltlich sind die Zimmer in Ordnung und vernünftig groß, wenngleich eine Modernisierung nicht schaden würde. Einen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer habe ich vermisst. Zumindest im meinen Fall mit Tür zu einem anderen Zimmer hörte man den Nachbarn sehr deutlich und störend.

Om 14 00 zouden we kunnen inchecken. Maar helaas de kamer nog niet klaar. 10 minuten zal het duren. Dat werd een half uur. Wel netjes een drankje aangeboden gekregen (30graden) Kamer oogt netjes. Gedateerd dat wel. Verlichting naast 1 kant vh bed deed het niet. Ook geen airconditioning. Enorm heet op de kamer. Geen horren. Het matras was enorm door gezakt. T voeteneind lag hoger dan rest van je lichaam. Kussen ook erg slap. Keurig opgemaakt en handdoeken pakket lag Keurig klaar. Lekker douche! Helaas kon je in het hotel niet dineren. Het ontbijt was perfect. Erg warm hotel. Van andere faciliteiten geen gebruik kunnen maken omdat we er maar 2 dagen waren. En het perfect strand weer was.

Aufzug war über die gesamte Zeit defekt.Die Bar war ohne Ankündigung an zwei Abenden geschlossen.Der bestellte geburtstagsfrühstückstisch wurde nicht realisiert.Das Restaurant zum Abend war geschlossen, wurde auf das Strandhotel verwiesen.Kein gelungener Aufenthalt zum 90.Geburtstag meiner Mutter.Zimmerservice nicht möglich,kein Kühlschrank auf den Zimmern .Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.
