"Mimosa Apartment" is located near the town of Borgo a Mozzano, 20 minutes from Lucca, situated on the ground floor of a residence nestled in a corner of paradise with a shared swimming pool, garden, and parking space, where tranquillity and privacy take centre stage! The residence's location is ideal. Fresh vegetables from the garden and eggs from the chicken coop are available to guests. There are 5 apartments in total, and the accommodation can host up to 6 people, perfect for families, children, elderly, those travelling for work, and couples of all ages who want to spend a beautiful holiday in the countryside near Lucca! It consists of a spacious kitchen-living room, double sofa bed, fireplace, dishwasher, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is available! Shared washing machine in a common area outside the apartment. The swimming pool is available from 1 May to 30 September! Cot available for €40/stay, payable on-site. Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour Merveilleux à la casa di Butia ! Rosanna est une hôte fantastique. Discrète, elle vous laisse profiter de votre séjour au mieux en étant pour autant toujours disponible dès que nous avons eu besoin. L’appartement était très propre, confortable, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine est un vrai plus et nous a permis de nous détendre entre 2 excursions. L’endroit est magnifique, en pleine nature, il y fait frais et c’est un plaisir d’y séjourner. Je vous recommande vivement cette adresse si vous cherchez à vous détendre et à vous ressourcer ! Enfin je vous conseille de goûter la cuisine de Rosanna qui est à tomber par terre ! Un repas de roi à un prix plus qu’abordable avec en prime une petite surprise pour mon anniversaire, c’était adorable !
