In a quiet dead end, a few minutes from the historic center of Bordeaux with direct access to the Arcachon basin, 5 minutes from the train station, quick access to the airport. It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

The fully air-conditioned villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms including 3 bedrooms with dressing room individual R + 1 and a master suite of 80 m2 R + 2 with private terrace / patio, jacuzzi, and double dressing. The 5th bedroom is located at R + 1 of the pool house.

The villa has a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a terrace overlooking a beautiful heated salt pool, and a separate laundry room.
The garden without vis-à-vis ends with the pool house with a summer kitchen for lunch near the pool and a night / relaxation area with toilet and bathroom.

A double garage completes this set.

We stayed at this property last weekend as a group of 9 friends & it was phenomenal! Everything about our stay was incredible. The house is spectacular. It is really spacious, there's every gadget and utensil you could ever need, all of the appliances, BBQ etc. are top of the range. There are plenty of indoor & outdoor seating areas, so it is great for a large group. The pool is stunning, & heated, which was a bonus! The garden is beautiful. It is close to the airport by uber & quick & easy into Bordeaux by bus & uber. There's genuinely absolutely nothing you could fault this property on, except, as one of our group said, the fact that we don't own it! Above all though, the generosity & friendliness of the hosts Renee, Jan Jan & Patrice was exceptional. We were welcomed with 2 bottles of wine & Renee even drove a couple of us to the supermarket to buy essentials & waited while we shopped. Additionally, we rented bikes which couldn't be collected until after we left, & there was no issue with us leaving 9 electric bikes in the property & Renee liaising with the bike owner to arrange collection after we departed. Absolutely above & beyond. We will absolutely be back. Merci beaucoup.

This house is amazing! It has everything you will need for a large group. The pool and second kitchen were perfect for our group and the bedrooms each with their own bath were a plus. I’ve yet to find a house in France with this many amenities - a washer & dryer was a definite plus! I’d definitely recommend this property for any large group - you are a short uber away from everything Bordeaux has to offer.

Wonderful property!!Beautiful pool, lovely home inside and out. Everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Very close to a bus stop that took us in daily to explore Bordeaux Old Town.Washer and dryer really came in handy with three small children. The two outdoor seating areas were wonderful. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Beautiful villa and friendly and helpful owners. It’s actually nicer than the photos if that’s possible ! Pool was gorgeous and warm and having the pool bar and eating area was great. We mainly stayed local in the evening and found some great restaurants and the local bakery is fabulous. Only downside is the villa only had 4 sun loungers which we made work but 4 into 10 required daily negotiation! Fortunately not everyone was a sun worshipper

2025 in Bordeaux

A really lovely property in a quiet suburban area of Bordeaux with charming and very welcoming hosts. Jan Jan and Renee live close by and it was really helpful to be given a tour of the house to find out how everything worked. They were able to help out if we had any questions but otherwise left us to it. Two of us arrived by train and apart from locating the taxi rank there was no difficulty in the transfer from the station to the property. It cost around 10 to 15 euros. Uber is also a good option. The house is close to bus stops for Bordeaux town centre. The Boulangerie nearby was closed but is due to reopen in September. Another boulangerie, Ange, within 10 minutes’ walk was excellent. There is a supermarket (Auchan) a short drive away. For wine choices you can do no better than ask your hosts!There were 6 of us occupying the house but there is plenty of room for a full complement of guests with a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area inside the property and plenty of space for sitting and eating outside. There are kitchens both in the house and at the far side of the swimming pool from the house with everything you need if you are cooking at home. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning in all rooms makes for easy sleeping when it is hot.There are some interesting and unique surprises in the décor which enhanced our enjoyment of the property! A lot of thought has gone into the aesthetic. The pool is great! We had a fantastic holiday.

Absolutely stunning house in a modern contemporary style and very tastefully decorated, it was a real pleasure to stay here.Fantastic socialising house inside and out. Much thought has gone into ensuring the house is well equipped with everything you may need, making it very much home from home. Swimming pool is lovely with outside bar and kitchen area. Garden has several seating areas so you can choose to follow the sun or take shade from it.The owners Jan Jan and his sister Renée are fantastic hosts who made us all feel instantly welcome and went above and beyond to make our holiday extra special. They are so helpful and accommodating, Jan Jan booked us lunch at a local restaurant when we arrived at lunchtime and Renee drove us to the supermarket, which was really appreciated whilst we got our bearings of the local area.The villa was a 10/15 min Uber ride to Bordeaux Train Station, making travel to St Emilion and Margaux wine regions easy. If you are travelling here for these wine regions, please be advised that it is walking distance from the train station into St Emilion, as well as Margaux, making this villa an excellent choice for location too.I would highly recommending booking here and would absolutely stay here again, we couldn’t have been happier. Thank you again for letting us stay in your amazing home and for being absolutely brilliant hosts.

Beautiful house

Absolutely stunning house, it was a pleasure to stay here, the owners are lovely people who are really helpful, The area is quiet and there's a big supermarket 10 minutes walk away and a lovely bakery 5 minutes walk away,It's a bit further away from Bordeaux centre than we expected but all in all an amazing place.

A little oasis in Bègles

This house in Bègles was perfect for our family reunion. The house was spacious and very well designed. The secluded garden with the pool was in much use when the sun came out. Renée and her brother JanJan were very helpful and accommodating hosts.

Perfect stay in an amazing place.

This was my second stay at this property and I can confirm it was as good as the first time. The property is amazing, great facilities and well stocked. The kids loved the pool and public transport for getting around Bordeaux was excellent. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Renee offered lifts to the supermarket to help us stock up. Really helpful for the first visit even though supermarket is within walking distance. Thank you Jan Jan/Renee for being super hosts!

Séjour à la Villa près de Bordeaux

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette spacieuse maison. L’accueil chaleureux de Jean Jean et de sa sœur Renée nous ont tout de suite fait sentir chez nous. La déco vous en mettra plein les yeux. Visiter chaque pièce est un Délice pour les yeux. La maison est tellement bien situé pour visiter Bordeaux et les environs. Et la cour avec la piscine et toutes les belles fleurs et plantations rendent cet endroit paradisiaque. La maison est super bien équipée pour cuisiner et la cuisine d’été au fond de la cour aussi! Ils Ont pensé à tout.

Angry and rude owner

The property is lovely, however the owner does not understand any English. We explained that we would check out at 11am as we had a hour and a half trip north and had to be there at approximately 12.30. He turned up at the property at 7.30am with a group of cleaners and woke up everybody. He started screaming and was very threatening, he scared the two young children we had with us. We asked him to leave and come back at the check out time of 11pm. This owner was a disgrace and we would not recommend any family to stay here.

Amazing stay

This property is beautiful and the owners are amazing! There was plenty of room for 4 couples and the outdoor space is an added bonus. Unfortunately the weather was very rainy and chilly so never were able to use the pool. The owners go above and beyond, from going on our first grocery store run, to setting up a dinner with a chef, which introduced us to some traditional French foods. They also provided us with some nice wine and truly wonderful hospitality.

La communication, le processus d'enregistrement et de départ ont été parmi les meilleurs que nous ayons connu. Perfect location to stay

The hosts are wonderful and easy to communicate with, the house is beautiful, and looks just the pictures. The location is great, close to a lot of bakeries, short walk to the grocery store and very close to downtown Bordeaux. I would highly recommending booking here and would absolutely stay here again. Family get away, close to a city

The owner is lovely and welcoming. His friend helps to translate and they go the extra mile to help you settle in, for us this included a guided tour and collecting our daughter from the train station. The owner responds to emails and queries quickly and allowed our daighter a later checkout which was much appreciate. The home is stunning and is very well equipped. We spent a lot of time around the pool and using the outdoor kitchen. The buses were easy to get into the city and theres a boulangerie across the road for fresh pastries. This is an excellent property for families or larger groups.
