Une honte pas de consigne d’accueil,l’établissement fermé à mon arrivée à 21h45 impossible de joindre le numéro permanence sur le portail. La réponse de l’hôtel “urgences et pas pu vous joindre “ Un mail avec les codes d accès aurait été plus simple. Je me suis retrouvé sans hôtel je n’ai jamais vécu cela c’est inadmissible 😡😡😡😡et toujours sur messagerie personne vous rappelle et pas de remboursement !!
