Girondine manor house built in 1800, fully renovated in 2025 and 2026. This spacious 230 m² home welcomes up to 10 guests for a relaxing countryside stay, perfect for families or groups of friends.



Enjoy a garden with a private pool and sun deck, a pergola with loungers, a wooden terrace with outdoor seating, a dining table, and a plancha barbecue. Blending historic charm with modern comfort, the ground floor features a large living area with a lounge, a fully equipped modern kitchen for preparing delicious meals, and a dining room. On this level, you’ll also find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a cozy lounge leads to a master suite with its own bathroom, two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious bathroom (with shower, bathtub, washing machine, and dryer), and a separate toilet.



Located in a quiet hamlet just 800 meters from local shops (butcher, bakery, newsstand, pharmacy, etc.) in Carignan-de-Bordeaux and a 7-minute drive from a supermarket and shopping galleries, the house is ideally placed for exploring the region: Bordeaux (15 min), vineyards and wine tours, the villages of Entre-Deux-Mers (5–20 min), Saint-Emilion and its vineyards (30 min), Espiet lake (30 min), Arcachon Bay (45 min). Within 20 minutes: hiking trails, tennis, 2 golf courses, cycling and horseback riding, waterskiing, karting.

Erholung pur

Pros: Das frisch renovierte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete sowie gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus mit Pool hat uns eine wundervolle Ferienwoche bereitet. Der große Wohnraum, die offene Küche und die angrenzende Terrasse haben zum Kochen, Essen und Verweilen eingeladen. Liegen, eine Outdoor-Lounge und ein großer Outdoor-Esstisch sowie zahlreiche Spiele für drinnen und draußen sorgten für Kurzweil. Julien war ein hervorragender Gastgeber und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Der Ort Carignan-de-Bordeaux ist sehr ruhig, aber bietet dennoch einen kleinen Supermarkt sowie eine Bäckerei und Metzgerei, so dass wir uns fussläufig versorgen konnten. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein und Weinliebhaber kommen ohnehin auf ihre Kosten. Bordeaux liegt nur eine halbe Stunde entfernt und bietet alle Möglichkeiten einer größeren Stadt. Und Arcachon und der Atlantik sind in einer Stunde Fahrt zu erreichen. Für jeden von uns 8 Personen war etwas dabei.
