Gîte Seguin - Eysines

Located on the outskirts of Bordeaux, the Seguin cottage is the ideal starting point for discovering the many treasures of our department: heading towards the Médoc, you can take the "route des châteaux" from Margaux to Pauillac via Saint Julien Beychevelle and Saint Estèphe. Continuing along the Gironde estuary, you'll reach Verdon-sur-Mer at Pointe de Grave, with its end-of-the-world feel. The Atlantic coastline is yours to explore with its ocean beaches, some fifty kilometers away (Lacanau Océan). Don't forget to visit the Arcachon Bay... The tramway, located 5 minutes from the cottage, will take you quickly and easily to Bordeaux. The Seguin cottage is located 800 meters from the town center of Eysines and close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, public transport, schools, etc.). It is located in a cul-de-sac serving several homes. The house is detached and features an enclosed garden with two terraces, a landscaped area with a barbecue, and a parking area. It consists of an entrance opening onto the main room with a dining room and TV lounge (decorative fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob), three bedrooms (two 140x190 cm beds and one 120x190 cm bed), a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. The cottage is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning (in the living room only). Linens are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (for a fee). The cottage is not suitable for electric vehicles (Intermarché, 10 minutes away, has charging stations). Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, and a flat rate of 8 kWh/day for electricity. Linens provided

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a travel crib.
