How about spending a few days of vacation in a beautiful mansion located 20 minutes from Bordeaux? The charm of this house furnished luxury of 250m2 will seduce you. Between vineyards and Garonnne, its large garden and its beautiful terrace invite you to relax. If you like horse riding, the Baurech horse club located in a preserved natural setting, is a three-minute walk away. A water ski and wakeboard center is open every day between May and September on Lake Baurech.
This house consists of:
- a very well equipped living room with 1 sofa, coffee table, internet / wifi, television and a dining table for 6 people.
- a separate fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, hob, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and all the necessary to cook. A bar completes this kitchen.
- a first bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm desk and dressing room
- a shower room with sink and towel dryer
- a separate toilet
On the 1st floor:
- a 2nd bedroom with a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm and dressing room
- a shower room with sink, heated towel rail and WC
