Tired property in need of some attention to make it welcoming and agreeable to holiday makers

Zero communications left in the property giving helpful information, such as WiFi details/how to use facilities. Kitchen equipment was poor failed to provide good selection of glassware, most were plastic! and no decent sized glasses to use for long drinks. No suitable cooking utensils, (we had to use a ladle to make a bolognaise). Dishwasher was broken so we had to wash up. Floors were filthy in the communal areas. Lots of broken or missing parts in the supplied entertainment, such as the pool table having missing balls, torn nets and filthy baize. Foozeball table having a broken arm and the heavy table had to be lifted to gain access to the balls. No batteries for the multitude of games controllers. Outdoor area was in need of some TLC and general clean up, No decent seats to sit in outside, just two disgustingly filthy chairs, array of mismatched and broken cutlery in the external kitchen, plastic glasses, (acceptable around pool, but several were cracked. No gas in the bottles for external cooking & the supplied BBQ contained someone’s cigarette butts!! Odd smell in the steam room and the toilets, making them unpleasant to use. Far too much of owners stuff left around and restricted cupboard/drawer space for guests. The upper terrace was a mess. Overall we were disappointed and felt that a family holiday where individuals had flown in from New Zealand, was marred by the poor set up at this property. We would not recommend this accommodation in its current condition.
