Enjoy nature in this spacious and serene space. one mile to ASU stadium and 1.5 miles to downtown Boone. strategically located in the heart of Boone. Two out of five bedrooms are available to you and your family for short term rental but you can rent the whole five bedrooms and four baths with one month minimum rental. The floor you’re renting is the first floor consists of two bedrooms and two baths, living room, dinning room, state of the art kitchen, pool table room, and spacious back porch.
please note that the indoor jacuzzi is on the second floor and you won't have access to it unless with minimum of 30 days rental. please don't hesitate to contact me about special offer for 30 minimum rental and I am willing to try my best to accommodate your need.

Large home with large rooms

This is a unique house most of which was hand-built by Sam the owner. We have never stayed in a house that boasted such large bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. It was comfortable and in a location close to just about everything in Boone. Sam is a terrific host who understands the importance of customer service. This is not your standard, run-of-the-mill vanilla house but it grows on you and you quickly come to love it.

Beautiful house that is huge and well maintained!! We had a great weekend for the App State vs ECU game. Our group loved the pool table and the outside deck. Plenty of beds, bathrooms!! We can’t wait to stay here again. The owner was very good with communication.
