Located in the quiet, gated, river community, Crooked Feather is a spacious 3b/2b home featuring gas log fireplace, beautifully updated and fully stocked kitchen, multiple porches, game room, flat yard, and more! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. There is also an outdoor elevator to assist with mobility, pets, or luggage.
On the main level is a spacious, recently renovated, and fully stocked kitchen, open dining area, and living room featuring a stone gas fireplace and deck access. The primary bedroom is located on the main level along with a full bath. Downstairs is a second living area, ready for casual lounging or a movie night. Two additional guest bedrooms are downstairs- one queen bedroom and one double twin bedroom, with a shared full bath in the hall. There is an outdoor elevator for use to carry up luggage or ride up to the second story. Two spacious decks are located off the front of the house, one on each level, looking out over the flat, grassy yard.
River Ridge is located a short drive to Boone, Todd, West Jefferson, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are several river accesses nearby to enjoy the South Fork of the New River! Grab some inner tubes or kayaks and either explore on your own using public accesses, or try a nearby guided tour.
The circle driveway is level, making this an easy property to access in the winter and the summer. There is parking for 3 vehicles, and located only a 15 minute drive to downtown Boone.

GREAT Experience
