Nous avons vécu un enfer. La réservation a été faite sur expédia. A l'arrivée à 19 heures 30, il y avait une enveloppe scotchée sur la vitrine du local d'accueil avec un plan sur lequel figurait le n° de l'appartement et mon nom. Mais pas de clé et aucune instruction. Nous avons pensé que le logement serait ouvert. Pas du tout. Nous avons contacté Expédia par téléphone qui a tenté de joindre ODALYS. Mais à ce jour aucun résultat et aucune réponse d'ODALYS qui ne nous a même pas contacté dans la semaine pour nous donner des explications. Nous avons réservé à 22 heures des nuits de chambres d'hôtel pour compenser et nous nous sommes éloignés du lieu où nous voulions séjourner. Fuyez ODALYS les 4 soleils Bonnieux. C'est à se demander si nous allons être rembourser et si les chambres d'hôtel seront prises en charge. Je pense qu'à mon retour de congés, nous partons vers un conflit et que nous devrons aller en justice.

Arrivé en dimanche après-midi reception fermée, personne pour nois accueillir. Obliger de contacter le numéro d'urgence attendre que quelqu!un se deplace puis attendre qu'il trouve un hébergement disponible correspondant a la réservation. (Monsieur tres gentil désolé de la situation) Logement sale avec de nombreuses grosses toiles d'araignées, climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, wc qui fuit, frigo avec moisisures... Passer votre chemin

Très bien ! mais...

Vraiment très bien. Très bon accueil, hôtesse très dévouée et disponible. La climatisation est un plus très appréciable. L'appartement est très propre et soigné avec une belle terrasse. Le wifi est très cher, de plus il a été hors service durant une semaine. C'est à déplorer.
