a estadia em si foi razoavel o lugar era muito bonito e aconchegante, a unica coisa em que nao gostamos é que tinham gatos por toda parte, inclusive em cima das mesas onde as pessoas poderiam estar fazendo suas refeicoes. nao tenho nada contra gatos, mas para um hotel nao seria viavel.

Bem razoável

Os quartos estavam mal conservados, escuros, luzes fracas, as janelas não paravam abertas e estavam sujas. O ralo do box entupido e o chuveiro não esquentava bem, a descarga também era fraca. Toalhas brancas encardidas, lençol com manchas e furado. Café da manha bom porém no horário de maior movimento falou comida e talheres e demoraram muito para repor. O lugar é bonito mas acredito que precisa melhorar bastante a manutenção e maior agilidade na reposição do café da manhã.

Boa para aproveitar a piscina, e razoável em geral

A Pousada tem boa estrutura para quem quer aproveitar uma piscina entre os passeios. Em relação aos quartos, a existência de apenas um única lâmpada central impede de ter uma iluminação boa. Ou é escuro durante o dia, ou muito claro durante a noite. Não há como ter equilíbrio na iluminação, algo que poderia ser resolvido com uma luminária de cabeceira ou de canto. No quarto havia apenas duas tomadas, uma para o frigobar e outra junto a porta. Para carregar celulares e equipamentos foi complicado. Tive que adquirir um "T" para ter mais possibilidades de carregamento (as tomadas do banheiro são velhas, de 20 amperes, e o plugue não se prende). As camas estavam razoáveis, mas os travesseiros eram muito finos e pareciam velhos. Um dos edredons não havia sido higienizado (cheirando muito forte o suor de hospedes anteriores). Quando solicitei uma substituição, escutei que abririam uma exceção e fariam a troca (como assim, exceção???). Banheiro com sabonete, shampoo e creme à disposição, mas cabelos compridos sofrem com os produtos e água da região. Descarga do vaso sanitário é curiosa, pois as oisas rodam, rodam e não descem... Café da manhã bom, com variedade de pães, frutas, queijo, presuntos, cereal, leites (incluindo sem lactose) e sucos (sucos fracos!). No entanto, nenhuma variação no café ao longo dos dias. Externamente, bastante área verde, com ambiente agradável. Em resumo, hospedagem razoável para dormir entre os passeios, e boa para quem quer aproveitar uma piscina.

Tive a satisfação de me hospedar nessa pousada maravilhosa. O atendimento é excelente, a limpeza e organização, impecáveis. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Extraviei a chave do carro, eles acharam e me enviaram. O café da manhã foi muito gostoso, sem contar o ambiente de paz cercado de plantas e canto de passarinhos e galo cedo. O quarto é espaçoso com camas confortáveis, banheiro com um ótimo chuveiro. As piscinas limpas e bem cuidadas.

Escolhemos o Hotel por ser Pet friendly, uma vez que poucos hotéis de Bonito tem essa possibilidade. Localização não é próxima ao centro o suficiente para ir a pé, mas não foi uma surpresa porque visualizamos o mapa antes de escolher Café da manhã muito muito simples, não tinha opção de chá e geleias, por exemplo. Acessibilidade da área do café da manhã era muito ruim, escadaria íngrime e apertada, inclusive o local poderia ser uma academia ou sala de jogos. Aos fundos do hotel há uma área com churrasqueira que poderia ser reformada para receber o café da manhã. Estacionamento de difícil acesso, pois o portão fechava e não tinha controle para os hóspedes ou câmera para a recepção verificar que tinha veículo chegando. A operacionalização era ruim. Limpeza dos quartos era insuficiente e morosa, mesmo com baixa ocupação do hotel. A arrumação da cama deixou a desejar, o protetor de colchão estava solto. Espaço verde agradável, limpo, bem cuidado, com pássaros, gatos e galinhas interagindo. Piscina muito boa e sempre limpa. Estrutura física do chalé 15 deixou a desejar. Colchões e travesseiros necessitando substituição, roupa de cama e de banho desgastadas e encardidas. Cortinas não fazem o blackout necessário. Quarto escuro, iluminação insuficiente. Telefone mudo. Cabeceira da cama encardida. No quesito Pet friendly o problema era a proibição do cachorro na área do café da manhã, porque entendemos que essa característica engloba aceitar o Pet em qualquer área do hotel.
