Great stay in Bolzano

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. There was enough space in both rooms for all of our luggage and for us to congregate (have a wine and snacks) all together. The bathrooms were also really spacious and clean. Tho r surrounding area was full of shops, restaurants and there was a supermarket one or two shops down from the hotel. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central base in Bolzano.

This was a great place to stay, loved it and hope to come back. Thank you Natasha, you were welcoming and so helpful and made our stay an excellent experience. Great location, close to everything, 10 minute walk from the train station. Clean and comfortable, spa for couples was lovely.

Our room was gorgeous and well appointed. I like that cleaning services and breakfast are optional and paid for separately. However, customer service was terrible. The address for parking sent us 37 minutes away. We had to walk, ask people in the street and google several options to find the garage. The number for customer service was incorrect. Emails were not answered. The room was too warm when we arrived. We were unable to get the a/c to work. We had to keep the windows open to reduce the temperature but outside noise and light kept us up all night. When I called customer service the following day, the representative said something snarky about “you Americans”.

Everything is good, except that the front desk closes at 5:30pm, is that too early? The location is perfect, but the entrance is difficult to find. Inside the room is the world of modern young people who can easily work out how to use the facilities.

Perfect location for a night in Bolzano. Parking was easy, large and safe. Room was very new, large and clean, with good amenities. Check-in/out was simple and staff easy to deal with. The best parts of town were easily walkable from the hotel.

Good hotel

Large room with an excellent bathroom. Good bed - not too soft. Be sure to ask the receptionist for a Bolzano tourist card. It will allow you a ride up the cable car, buses, as well as museum entry. ( my only complaint about this property was that I was not offered this card upon arrival). You will need to close the shutters and windows if there on a weekend since the street outside is noisy. Great location across from archaeological museum.

Perfect location & outstanding rooms & facilities. Room so spacious with a view, bathroom large & shower was great. Free laundry machine & dryer extremely handy as I was traveling 2 weeks. Otzi museum across the street! Everything in walking distance or grab a bus. Huge market on Saturday right across the bridge. Restaurants, shopping, farmers market & more all in walking distance. I highly recommend & would stay again!

We enjoyed our beautiful room and palatial bathroom. There was some difficulty with the key code not working when we arrived, but the concierge was very quick to straighten it out and gave us key cards that worked perfectly. The patio has a view of a courtyard, but it was being remodeled so was very noisy. But watching the work was kind of interesting. The laundry room was so handy, allowed us to do wash on arrival and just before leaving, very big advantage for travelers. The hotel is directly across from the ice man museum, a very well done exhibit. And the area is lovely to walk around. Just a few minutes walk takes you to the gondola for a quick ride up the hill, where walking teails let us explore with a view of the dolomites. And the hotel includes the Bolzano Card, which covers the admission fee for the museum and the gondola, and several other places we visited.

The room is very spacious and well decorated. Underground parking is available for a fee but it is very safe. Located right at the vibrant high street and there are a lot of shops. There is also a small gym. Would be great if they have some basic cooking supplies such as oil and salt in the room. Also water keeps splashing out of the shower which makes the floor wet and slightly messy. Other than these minor issues this property is almost flawless. Highly recommend if you are visiting Bolzano.

Was a very comfortable stay for five nights. Very clean and centrally located. Check in was very easy. You do have to pay for towel service and there is no option to store luggage after check out. Additionally, the spa sounded great but had limited hours (10–5:30).
