Our stay at Eisenhut was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. While parking was not onsite, the garage was less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel also provided very clear, helpful instructions to find it. I loved the modern, minimalist design of the hotel. Breakfast was memorable. The quality, presentation, and variety were a daily highlight. It set a high bar for the rest of our trip. Thank you for a great stay!

We visited Bolzano and the Dolomites for our honeymoon in late May and the Eisenhut was the perfect base for our days of hiking and exploring. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very kind and they have thought of everything. Check in was smooth and although we arrived early they sent us to a recommended restaurant, took our bags, and made sure our bags were in our room after our meal. The included breakfast and Bozen transportation pass were fantastic as well. The best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Overall a 10/10 experience. Felt very luxurious and very worth our money.

It is a little difficult to access the hotel but lovely. The building is poorly insulated so you here a lot of noise from other rooms. The staff is pleasant but not knowledgeable on helping with taxi rides. Book your ride in advance as there are very few taxis available.

The hotel was very beautiful and so very well maintained. The staff are excellent and the breakfasts were a delight. Will definitely go back.
