Saubere Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Mietwohnung liegt im Keller des Hauses, hat aber Fenster nach außen. Hat mich nicht weiter gestört, ist aber nicht klar aus der Anzeige zu entnehmen. Auch der Grundriss der Anzeige ist falsch, da dort eine Terasse angegeben ist, die es logischerweise in einer Kellerwohnung nicht gibt. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles, was man braucht. Sie ist sauber, alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig, aber nicht so sehr, das es nicht auszuhalten wäre. Wichtig zu erwähnen: es gibt kein wirkliches Bett, lediglich eine Schlafcouch. Diese ist aber völlig in Ordnung, da hab ich schon auf wesentlich schlechteren geschlafen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr nah am Strand, auf Höhe des Abgangs 18 gelegen, also in der Mitte vom Zentrum von Boltenhagen bis zur Weißen Wiek. Sofern ich mit maximal einer weiteren Person Reise, gerne wieder.
