Eine schöne Wohnung, die auch noch sehr günstig liegt. Kurze Wege zum Strand ( dort kann auch ein Strandkorb gemietet werden) und auch zum Ortsmittelpunkt. Sollten Kinder dabei sein, ist es enttäuschend, dass keine Gesellschaftsspiele in der Wohnung vorhanden sind. Kannten wir so nicht! Ansonsten war alles super!

Die Wohnung ist für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Sehr schön, dass 2 voll ausgestattete Bäder vorhanden sind. Spiele und / oder Karten muss man sich selbst mitbringen. Einziger Manko ist der Autostellplatz. Ist für normal große Autos nicht geeignet.

Das Team von Nordic ist sehr freundlich und kompetent , bei Fragen wird einem sofort geholfen. Wir haben im Likendeeler 42 gewohnt. Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen und liegt zur Straßenseite raus. In der Zeit wo wir da waren ging es mit dem Verkehr , denke das wird im Sommer schlimmer. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, allerdings sind die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer super weich . Parkplatz Nr. 42 ist ein Witz jeder der ein größeres fährt wird da Probleme haben .

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Sie ist zentrums- und strandnah. Der Aufbau der Wohnung ist praktisch, da sich die Schlafräume im Obergeschoss befinden. Über die schmale Wendeltreppe ist es schwierig, größeres Gepäck zu befördern. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was für einen Urlaub nötig ist. Das Problem ist der sehr kleine Parkplatz, der zu der Wohnung gehört. Wir waren mit einem Touran dort und mussten sehr rangieren, um in den Parkplatz zu kommen. Dann musste der Fahrer über die Beifahrerseite aussteigen.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, nicht weit vomStrand und zu den Läden und Restaurants. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte eine Wohnung nach hinten raus nehmen, da auf der Ostseeallee doch einiges an Verkehr ist. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und auch ganz gut ausgestattet. E in kleines Manko ist die Treppe nach oben in die Schlafzimmer. Sehr eng! Für ältere Leute und kleine Kinder eher nicht geeignet. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Strand und Zentrum sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Maisonette-Wohnung hat uns super gefallen, so dass wir schon zum 2.Mal dort waren. Es gibt 2 Balkone, 2 Bäder, Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche, Schlaf-und Kinderzimmer. Es ist soweit alles vorhanden. Dank dem Hausmeister und Nordic haben wir unsere 2 vergessenen Taschen, die auf dem Flur standen, wieder bekommen !!!!! Spricht für ein tolles, ehrliches und engagiertes Unternehmen! Vielen Dank nochmals von unserer Seite ! Wir kommen wieder !!!

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit 2 Einschränkungen: die Balkone sind zur relativ stark befahrenen Hauptstraße des Ortes gelegen und vor allem der viel zu enge Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, denn sowohl Restaurants als auch der Edeka-Supermarkt samt gutem (Lila) Bäcker sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Zudem ist der Strand keine 100 Meter entfernt. Kulinarischer Tipp: Kleine Büdnerei (Restaurant im Nebengebäude der Anlage). Internet ist nicht besonders schnell und man kann nur ein Gerät pro Person und Woche anmelden.

Kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Mittelpromenade mit Geschäften war sehr angenehm. Wohnung liegt direkt an der viel befahrenen Ostseeallee, sodass bei offenen Terrassentüren oder Verweilen auf dem Balkon der Strassenlärm sehr störend war.
