It accommodates four people, but beware of children as there is a staircase inside.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a period building. There is only one step to access the apartment.

In 58 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people; mezzanine with internal staircase. Watch out for children.

Living area. Equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven, microwave and kitchen utensils.
Sleeping area. Two single beds that can be joined together and a double sofa bed.
Toilet with shower, bidet, hair dryer and washing machine.
Services available: split air conditioning, television, unlimited free wifi, iron and clothesline.

We are in the ZTL area, active every day from 8 to 20.

The apartment is 20 minutes by car away from Bologna Centrale station.
By public transport instead you have to take the bus n. 11 from the Garganelli stop to the Autostazione stop, the journey time is 15 minutes.

To get to Bologna Marconi Airport, it takes 23 minutes by car.
By public transport you need to take the shuttle to the Ospedale Maggiore stop, then take bus no. 13 to the Garganelli stop.

All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.

Bologna is a modern and clean city and the apartment is well located for a complete visit of the city and its surroundings. Palazzo Fava, Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, San Petronio and the university area are certainly worth a careful visit during your stay. The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are exceptional for admiring a breathtaking view of Bologna and relaxing in nature.
