The Space: #StayinMyDistrict Boise Foothills & Northend. This recently remodeled, hip & modern King studio Suite, is tucked into a cozy space but definitely lives large in style & comfort. Designed specifically with guest comfort and convenience in mind, you will have everything you need to feel right at home. The studio is a completely separate space, with a private entrance, in a duplex nestled at the base of the beautiful Boise foothills. Walk or Bike to local dining, shopping, and Historic Hyde Park. Enjoy a 5-minute walk to two breweries, pizza, ice cream, sushi and coffee. Miles of hiking, running or Mtn Biking trails directly out your back door. Convenient to downtown, BSU and Boise airport (15 min drive), Bogus Basin ski resort (25 minute). King Studio Suite with fully stocked kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor space, makes for a great getaway for couples or a solo traveler.
This private suite features a comfortable king-size bed, with quality linens. There is a closet that provides plenty of space for guests to store personal items. Windows let in natural light and black out curtains give privacy. Bright and cheery art brings color to the room! There is also a flat screen TV for catching up on your favorite Netflix or Amazon Prime series, and a comfortable chair for lounging.
The sleeping area features a kitchenette with sink, a small refrigerator, a microwave and coffee pot. Utensils, glassware and dishes are included to make preparing a small meal or enjoying leftovers simple and convenient. There are two bar stools and counter area that can double as a space to work from home.
A small updated bathroom with nice finishes, and granite & tile surfaces. The bathroom has a vanity for spreading out personal items and a small shower. Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and paper products are provided for your convenience. There is also a hairdryer and quality linens.
Enjoy a glass of wine or your morning cup of coffee on the back patio while admiring the views on a sunny day or a warm evening. The outdoor space is great for getting some fresh air and is set up with comfortable seating.
FREE parking space in driveway. ***NOTE: THIS HOME IS ON A HILL AND THE DRIVEWAY IS VERY STEEP AND MAY BE DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE IN THE WINTER. There is also FREE street parking at the bottom of the driveway.
Guest Access: This is a separate studio suite located on the main level of a charming and comfortable duplex. Built in 1965 and still retains some of its original charm. Located in Boise`s North End at the base of the foothills. The upstairs studio suite is completely yours, with a separate entrance off the back of the home. (There are two other spaces with private entrances and separate heating and cooling air vents at the same property) Must climb stairs. Parking is limited and street parking does require walking up a steep driveway.
The Neighborhood: This home is located at the base of Bogus Basin Road just above the historic district of the "North End" neighborhood, more specifically known as "Hyde Park". Hyde Park boasts quaint little coffee shops, restaurants and unique shopping. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, breweries, candy/ice cream shops, bike shops, in Hyde Park. There is a convenience store within a few blocks of the home along with plenty of food and drink options close by. We recommend Caffe Capri Coffee shop across the street and Highlands Hollow Brewhouse at 2455 Harrison Hollow Lane. The home is near the famous Camel`s Back Park with miles of single track running, hiking and mtn biking trails. The foothills trails connect to a system of trails called "River to Ridges" trail systems. It also connects to Hulls Gulch Nature Preserve. The trails right behind the home quickly transport you to a natural space with miles of hiking and biking in Boise’s foothills. Take the opportunity to watch the sunrise or sunset from the hilltop behind the house, its a real treat! Only 30 minute drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort and 10 minute drive to the Boise Airport.
Getting Around: This is a walk-able neighborhood in historical Boise just North of the Hyde Park Neighborhood. 3 blocks to restaurants & shopping and right next to a great foothills trail. Walk or Bike. It is easy to get around without a car and inexpensive UBER ride around Boise.
Other Things to Note: Other Things to Note - Pack-n-play and children amenities require you give us notice as they are in locked storage! ~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict. ~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties. ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. ~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. ~ Housekeeping is required and provided monthly for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights. ~ Guests should acknowledge that there is potential for noise from the private secondary unit.

Old Property with tiny room. Refrigerator loud and wobbly. Entire house fan blows through vent, can not turn off. Shower super tiny. Smells come through people cooking through other rooms at 6:30am.

This is a great place to stay
Everything is really good about this place! It’s clean, quiet and is well stocked with everything you would need for a casual,centralized location. I would recommend this place to anyone!
What a cozy space! Super comfortable bed, window above to catch the cool night breeze, slept like a baby. Enjoyed 5 nights with my daughter, had everything we needed. Sweet location near Hyde Park & all the trails. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay. As advertised.
I enjoyed my stay at this Studio. It was a perfect location for me.
Communication was very good from the host. The bed might be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I will be ordering that mattress.
Everything was clean. There were ample supplies and amenities to make it feel like home.
Two things I was a little bummed about was the Roku TV and the VERY small shower. I enjoy watching local news when traveling and ended up watching via my iPad. At 6’4”, the shower was simply too small for me. Both personal preference and had little impact on my overall experience, which was 5 star.
