This was my second stay at this Hilton, and unfortunately many of the same problems came up again, which made the experience frustrating.
During this stay, the room type I booked was advertised as having heating, but the room had no working heat. I reported this multiple times, and it took two days for the hotel to provide portable heaters. While I appreciated the attempt to help, the heaters were very loud, had a strong odor, and still didn’t warm the room enough to be comfortable.
The bathroom door was also broken and was never repaired despite being reported more than once. On most days, I had to call the front desk to ask for basic items like towels and toiletries, which added to the feeling that things were constantly being missed.
During my first stay, I also experienced issues, including the room not being properly prepared at check-in, with trash cans not emptied. Across both stays, the staff was polite, but responses often felt like explanations or excuses rather than actual solutions.
Overall, this stay fell short of what I expect from a Hilton property, especially given that these issues happened on more than one visit. I hope the hotel can address these ongoing maintenance and service problems moving forward. Given that these problems happened on more than one visit, I would not recommend this hotel.
