Very nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious and complete with a small but functional kitchen. The staff were all very friendly. Every morning you get breakfast delivered to your room (fruit, eggs, coffee, etc). The location is fantastic, on a quiet residential street but only a few minutes walking to Parque 93, supermarkets, etc. The building also has a cool roof deck and a little gym.

Modern, sleek apartments in a safe and pretty residential area. Staff very kind and eager to help with any request. Great breakfast delivered to your room. Free laundry facility. A bit noisy in the morning of you are not an early riser.

From the start the experience is a memorable one. 😊 The staff is excellent from the initial welcoming to your farwell. I visit Bogota frequently and was wanting to find a place that feels like a home away from home....I found it here!

Good effort

First time I stayed at that hotel and overall it's pretty nice place. It's 4 blocks from the Parque de la 93, a very safe place to be with a lot of restaurants and a few clubs. My room was a one bedroom apartment (with a small kitchenette) on the second floor. The room was clean and comfortable (a little cold on the first night and I didn't find any heater or A/C in the room). Big bathroom with a shower the size of a New York Apartment! The water was hot with the exception of around 9:00 AM on a Monday (lukewarm is the best I could get). The street is very quiet (had construction next door tho) but the ventilation in the kitchen was annoyingly loud. The small gym at the top is reasonably equipped and there is a terrace to lounge on (for these sunny and warm days in Bogota - if they have any!). Staff was courteous and helpful (they had umbrellas for those guests who didn't bring any). Breakfast is delivered to your room (you have to order what and when the night before) and was less than stellar... It was a good experience, but with so many nice boutique hotels in this area with a similar price I am not sure I will return.

Great hotel in central but quiet location

The Central Apartamentos are just a few blocks away from Parque 93 where there are many restaurants and coffee shops. It is about a 20 minute taxi ride from the main attractions, but taxi fares are very reasonable. The hotel is in a northern area of Bogota in a very safe and affluent neighborhood. The suites are very comfortable with a separate bedroom and a well equipped kitchenette. The staff are wonderful, from the ladies that brought us the breakfast we ordered each morning to the gentlemen at the front desk. There is housekeeping each day despite being a suite. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel in quiet Neighbourhood

This hotel is tucked away in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to a good selection of restaurants. The apt are a good size, clean and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and informative in helping us reach the many things that there were to see in Bogata. Breakfast is brought right to your room.

Tuve una mala experiencia puesto que a la hora de hacer checkout del hotel, demostrando que soy residente en Italia, y que por ende no estoy obligada a pagar el IVA, el encargado del hotel me obligó a hacerlo, diciéndome que no me iba a dejar salir en mi carro si no lo hacía. Esto sucedió ayer a las 2am, horario en que no tenía otra opción que pagar ante la amenaza. Yo le pido a Expedia que tome cartas en el asunto, tanto para recuperar mi dinero como para revisar la atención del hotel. Gracias

Desilusión total

Esta fue la segunda vez que me quedé acá y la verdad debo decir que quedé desilusionada, pues la limpieza es básica, y el desayuno deja mucho que desear, pues tienes que escoger qué vas a comer antes de las 22:30 pm del día anterior, pues lo llevan a la habitación, pero igual que la vez pasada, el desayuno llegaba frío. Hay una construcción terrible, detrás del edificio, y empiezan a hacer bulla desde las 6:30 am. Lo otro es que la calle está totalmente destruida y no hay acceso en auto. Están haciendo trabajos de tubería, y nunca fui avisada. Si no fuera porque mi hermano me ayudó al momento del sacar las maletas a las 23:00 horas, a una calle contigua, no sé qué hubiera hecho, pues tengo un bebé y un niño de 4 años. Lástima porque la zona es muy buena y tranquila.

Instalaciones muy bellas y cómodas, trato amable

La habitación es es muy amplia y cómoda. El personal es muy amable, cálido, atento y resuelve problemas de manera solidaria. Las instalaciones son bellas, en una zona muy poco contaminada y superpoblada de Bogotá. Pienso que se puede mejorar la limpieza de las paredes y pisos de los baños, donde hay acumulaciones de viejas manchas y de moho, lo mismo que en las rendijas de los lavamanos, a pesar de lo moderno del diseño. Los vigilantes que pasan por la calle de noche hablan a muy alta voz, entre ellos y por teléfono, y fuman demasiado, lo que empaña un poco la estadía y el descanso nocturno. Volveré.
