"Wir, ein älteres Paar, waren 10 Tage in Mai dort und die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, um einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub im Norden Deutschlands und Süden Dänemarks zu verbringen. Geweckt vom Krähen der Hähne, dem Vogelgezwitscher und dem Muhen der Kühe auf der Weide gegenüber der Terrasse, konnten wir Großstadtpflanzen, uns herrlich auf unsere Ausflüge beim Frühstück, in unserer geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung "Möwennest" vorbereiten. Ohne Auto ist ein Urlaub dort etwas schwierig, da der Hof doch etwas "weit ab" liegt. Die dänische Grenze ist direkt am Haus. Aber, wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt, wie wir, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Ausflüge nach Sylt mit dem Zug von Klanxbüll aus, Löffelreiher beobachten im Rickellsbüller Koog, 20 Minuten zu Fuss vom Haus, oder Autotouren ins dänische Höjer, Tönder, Ribe oder auf die dänische Insel Römö sind relativ schnell zu bewerkstelligen. Auch das Emil Nolde Haus in der Nähe lohnte einen Besuch. Trotz des sehr nordischen Wetters (Eisheilige mit Regen und Sturm) wären wir gerne länger geblieben. Ein netter Hof mit einer netten Familie, süssen Hühnern, 2 Pferden und viel Natur. Nur der riesige Hund war etwas zu ungestüm für mich. Ich hatte Angst er wirft mich um. Die Hühner waren toll. Die verschieden farbigen Eier zum Frühstück ein Hingucker. Wir haben uns gut erholt und wünschen der Familie weiterhin viel Erfolg beim Aufbau ihres Hofes."
