Communication with the host was amazing. Quick responses, often within 15-20 mins. TOP NOTCH! House was super clean, comfortable and suited our needs for our Boca visit. beds, pillows and towels (plentiful) were good quality. Overall EXECELLENT!Seamless check-in and check-out. Host was very accommodating! Pool and backyard were great. Was a little cool weather and couldn’t use the pool, but it was nice to use the yard and lounge poolside! Sun room was terrific. Large TV and plenty of comfortable seating and overlooking the pool and yard. Stores (Publix supermarket, CVS, Walmart, Walgreens. Starbucks) are really close - a quick drive. Restaurants and shopping close by. Proximity the beach towns (Deerfield and Delray) about 15 mins away. Deerfield has rental sand chairs and umbrellas available (easy!!!!) All in all a wonderful long weekend staying at this house and the West Boca area.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is newly renovated and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of towels provided. WiFi was good. The beds were comfortable. The host provided some drinks and snacks which was nice. There is a Publix grocery store 2 minutes away and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Our host, Joshua, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was delightful by communicating with us almost in real time! He was very responsive and kind. The property was clean and beautifully decorated with lots of space and very comfortable furniture. In fact, I had to ask him details about the main bed as it was so comfortable for my bad back that I woke up without pain, which is a rarity. The house has everything you need and more: a well supplied kitchen, tons of soft bathroom towels and supplies, and that beautiful and private large pool and Florida room! Sadly, we didn't have time to enjoy them as we were in town for a last minute trip to move my cousin from one nursing home to another and there was a rare cold snap, but we would love to come back sometime when we visit her to enjoy it! The house is also centrally located with restaurants, shopping, etc. nearby but it is on a nice, quiet street. Can't say enough about the host! He is focused solely on making sure his guests have a wonderful stay and he went above and beyond to help us out with everything, from detailed restaurant suggestions, to flexibility with arrival and departure times due to the move situation as the time of it shifted at the last minute. Thanks Joshua, and we'll definitely be back someday to enjoy the beautiful pool and backyard area!
